CATERINA - Sagrera — Hotel in Barcelona

If i could give 0 stars I would. My Partner and I stayed here from 7th July 2024 - 6th August 2024. The management of this place is horrendous, they do not communicate with each other. Nobody is physically around to speak to. We had NO WIFI our ENTIRE STAY even after complaining and being promised it would be fixed multiple times. Spoke with numerous other residents who all had the same issues. Washing machine broke 4 times, had no electricity for 1 day, the lift broke every week. The "cleaners" which we were charged €300 for done a very basic clean and didn't even touch the kitchen. The keypad at the front of the building constantly broke and people couldnt get into the building. We paid for parking and when we checked nobody was around to give us access to the parking garage for 24hours so we had to pay for parking 20 minutes away. We NEVER received the key to access the parking garage from the lift so the entire month we were here we had to access through the car ramp outside the building. The roof terrace was locked the entire month and couldn't access it or even see it. Don't waste your money, apparently from speaking to other residents, these issues are ongoing and have never been fixed or sorted by management. We were also told by many residents they do not refund the deposits paid and good luck speaking to anyone or getting a response or update. We were due to stay till August 30th and checked out early because it was so bad.

Before moving into the apartment, we asked the manager about the quality of the internet connection, and were told, "Please note that most of our residents are corporate so we know the importance of a good WiFi connection." However, this is the third morning I've started my day writing an email to the landlord, having to send it using my mobile network because the WiFi in our building isn't even strong enough to upload a screenshot.

Unfortunately, my spouse and I both work in IT—we have numerous daily video calls and conferences. I can say that the internet in this building is insufficient for even conducting a conversation without web cameras. You cannot quickly send any document/file, nor can you share your screen or use data-heavy analytical tools like Amplitude.

As for leisure, it's impossible to even send photos to friends or chat via video. Movies and YouTube struggle to load in 480p quality. The poor internet quality has completely marred our stay here, as we are unable to complete our desired amount of work each day, causing us to lose about 200 euros, and it ruins our weekends since we also need good internet for...

Muy lejos de mi expectativa, y muy caro por el mal servicio que dan.

El departamento lo han entregado sucio, o con una limpieza muy mala. El check in era el Viernes 24/05 a las 15hs. Cuando llegue estaban aun "limpiando" y tuve que irme para luego volver y tener problemas con el código de la puerta del piso. El piso nos lo encontramos carente de todo tipo de equipamiento, no tuvimos Toallas hasta el Lunes, enviamos el viernes una lista de mas de 20 items faltantes y lo han resuelto recién para el Lunes por la tarde. Desde el primer dia que estamos conviviendo con una RATA que dejas Heces por todo el departamento, y aun no nos cambian de habitación ni responden ante nuestras quejas, su única acción fue venir a comprobar que efectivamente hay ratas en el edificio.
