I simply cannot recommend this hotel enough! ||We were travelling for our first holiday as a family with our 3 month old daughter. We opted for Prinsotel La Pineda because the reviews were so favourable, and also because the half-board option seemed like it would make things a lot easier for us and give us one less thing beyond the newborn to worry about. We absolutely made the right call, and I'm writing this feeling so refreshed, relaxed, and nourished following a week long stay.||The hotel itself is in a super convenient location. We took daily walks out to each of the nearby (and stunning) beaches, and then - when the heat was a little too much for our baby - spent time in our room relaxing, reading etc. ||The food is a real highlight of the hotel, and breakfast and dinner quickly became our favourite times of the day! There is so much wonderful variety on offer - amazing salads & fresh produce; beautiful seafood as you'd expect; and delicous meat options - not to mention the deserts! The food strikes a wonderful balance of healthful, but with some incredible holiday indulgences. We've both come away feeling rejuvenated as a result.||Last but not least, the staff are some of the most warm-hearted and kind people I've ever met. They were so, SO kind and caring to us and our daughter, who (despite being only 3 months old) felt totally at ease very quickly - indeed she became totally enamoured with one of the team, Rocia, who was particularly kind to her - we really couldn't have been luckier.||The hotel has a fantastic vibe for families, and it was really easy to make friends with other families and guests. We weren't able to make full use of all the activities due to our daughter's age, but there were loads of things to do for everyone aged from I would say about 4 up, as well as nightly entertainment.||Our week at Prinsotel La Pineda was truly awrsome, and we intend to return and have another holiday there in future....

After spending quite a bit of time deciding where to book for our first family holiday we decided on Prinsotel La Pineda on the half board basis. It did not disappoint. ||The 1 bedroom standard apartment was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed, a microwave, a kettle etc for sterilising bottles and feeding our baby. We stayed in block 4 room 4301. The only little issue for us was the evening entertainment was loud between 9pm - 10:30pm as our baby was asleep. Next time we would ask for a room facing the baby pool as it’s further away from the entertainment area. Nothing major though.||The hotel and its facilities are of a good 4 star standard. Well kept and maintained by the staff. We enjoyed using the indoor pool each day for swimming with our baby. That’s only because the outdoor pools were just a bit too cold for a baby in October. I swam in the main pool during baby naps and it was nice. ||The food, served buffet style both in the morning and evenings was decent. We preferred the breakfast each day, but that was just our preference. If fine dining is your thing, then my advise is to book B&B and go out for dinner to some of the local restaurants. ||The hotel location is great it’s central and also in a quiet area at the same time. |There is an Eroski and Suma supermarket not even 2mins walk in opposite directions. The hotel itself and Cala Ratjada area is totally geared towards the German tourists which we knew upon booking. One small gripe for us was that it was sometimes difficult for us as English speakers to talk to or ask the reception staff questions. The other staff in restaurants and the bar seemed to have better english which I found strange. ||Overall, I would recommend the Prinsotel La PIneda and we agreed we would return but plan to visit other Prinsotel hotels in other parts of...

During my stay at the hotel, I found the food to be quite delightful, with a variety of flavors that catered well to a general palate. However, I noticed a significant gap in the menu offerings, particularly the absence of vegan protein options which could be an area for improvement. The ambiance of the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On some evenings, the music volume was excessively loud, which seemed unnecessary given the sparse crowd around the stage. This could be fine-tuned to enhance the overall atmosphere. An unexpected encounter with a large rat one evening was certainly off-putting. It suggests that the hotel could benefit from a more rigorous pest control protocol to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. On a positive note, the spa facilities were commendable, providing a tranquil space to unwind. It was disappointing, however, to find the jacuzzi out of order. The outdoor pool, in contrast, was well-maintained and provided a refreshing retreat. The rooms impressed with their spaciousness, boasting comfortable beds, large TV screens, and plush sofas, all contributing to a very pleasant and relaxing personal space. While the hotel itself provided a decent level of comfort, the surrounding area lacked activities and points of interest, which might be a consideration for those looking to explore the local culture and entertainment. In summary, while there are aspects that shine, there are also areas that need attention. With a few adjustments, this hotel has the potential to provide a more rounded and satisfying experience for all guests.

It's a half pension hotel that has different buildings and a common area with pools and a small stage for the evening shows. The rooms are clean and get clean daily. A bit small if you extend the sofa-bed. I can barely pass to the other side. The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable. Continental breakfast with a big variety of food for all tastes. Coffe is terrible (I am very picky on it, sorry). For dinner every evening, there's a different theme. Fish is very good. Meat not every day the best. Sushi was bad. Cocktails are also terrible. The strawberry Daiquiri was a slush. There is no trace of alchool in it, and the strawberry is scarce. Fried chicken was amazing! Pools are usually crowded. Sea is 1km away. There should be a shuttle bus, but I'm not sure if it's still the case. The wifi is terrible. Keeps disconnecting. I mostly use the cellphone LTE that works in the rooms and in the open spaces. It doesn't work in the dining room. Some discrepancy from the available items in the rooms. A nespresso coffee machine should have been available, but that's not the case. All in all, it's a good accommodation with prices in the Mallorca range.

Our experience was great and we truly enjoyed our stay within a week. The territory is quite large with multiple facilities including 2 pools and multiple tennis courts, we didn't have a chance to play, but they actually provided all the equipment. The rooms were clean, a little bit old fashioned bathroom, but quite nice overall with a decent balcony. The bed was comfy while the pillows were a little bit thick. The hotel is located on the best spot, close to the city center and the seaside, while on the other side you can get to the most beautiful beach around, which is insanely good. Also there is a best grocery store in just 2 minutes. The only weird thing was with a safe lock, that you have to pay separately for it and use the key, not very convenient. The pools were nice and all areas around the building with plants and trees were well maintained and beautiful. We did try the sauna and it was decent, highly recommended. Never had a chance to stay for food, but many people did, mostly Germans and seemed to enjoy it. So overall it was a great stay for a reasonable price.
