Integral 5 Coliving — Hotel in Granadilla de Abona

I had a wonderful stay in this Hostel! When I arrived I got welcomed very warmly and and open hearted by everyone who was around and I felt like coming home :) It's still a very young Hostel, yet beautiful. The owner was regulary checking in if there is something missing or if I/we need anything which felt very comforting to me. The Hostel is well looked after my the staff and volunteers and everyone is trying their best to give the experience of a very pleasant stay. The location is a little walk away from El Medano in a beautiful quiet area next to a wonderful beach 5 min. walk away :) make sure to check it out when you're there! Apart from that the Hostel is offering to rent Surfboards, Transfer, Bikes, Yoga, to rent a car and sometimes dinner together. There is even an option to use the massage table after getting in touch with the owner about it. When you walk up the stairs behind the building you will see a massive old antenna and the place around to me feels like a different planet. I loved this view and feeling so much!

I apprechiated my stay so much as I like the quiet area a lot without hearing any cars or traffic except the airplanes coming or going. But even watching those flying over the "abondant backyard" gives me such an exciting feeling!

I stayed at this hostel with my 6 months old baby for 10 days and we both enjoyed it very much. We were well cared for by everyone; the host, the staff, the volunteers and the guests. It felt like a one big community. The communication flowed and was quick in response, the extra service like breakfast was excellent and made with love by the sweetest Alex, the premises were kept clean and my baby loved roaming around on the floor. The staff helped me in every situation from fixing the stroller to bringing the sea water in canisters. We met many lovely people and in case we return back to South-Tenerife, it would be the place. The hostel's location was very close to the area's best beach, Playa Montaña, about 30min away from El Medano centre. Perfect for us as we enjoyed our everyday walks from our peaceful hostel area. First of all, the breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. The listing clearly stated that breakfast was included, but what we found was far from what one would expect. There was only some cereal, milk, seeds, and a bit of bread laid out on a table — this does not qualify as a proper breakfast in any sense. Due to this, we had no choice but to purchase our own breakfast elsewhere each morning, which added extra unexpected costs to our stay. At the very least, we are requesting a refund for the breakfast that was falsely advertised. Additionally, the room had a very unpleasant and strong odor, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no one on-site to speak with about these issues, and we have received no response through the Booking.com platform either.
