Ixchel Beach House — Hotel in Granadilla de Abona

Ixchel Beach House is a really amazing house, very very well equipped (there was nothing that you needed extra), in a modern designed style, with a lot of spaces for the adults and also for the kids, inside and outside. As its position in El Medano, is near to a virgin beach that was so nice to go to in the morning or for an early walk/running, and close to a shop near by. The pool was really good maintained and cleaned regularly, with a very nice area to relax by (you can see the ocean) and the water was warm and it was even warmer when we asked for the children. The rooms have a lot of closets and such a good taste in organising everything. All the appliances were modern and new and it was a pleasure to cook sea food and grilled fish and easy to use. We (4 adults 2 children) stayed here and we were wowed at first sight, the place is lovely inside and out. very clean, the pool cleaner came a couple of time while we were there, it was windy so the pool does get sand in it which wasn't an issue for us. I would recommend this villa, I would say there's a couple of things to keep in mind if you have children with you, 1 the pool isn't fenced off, 2 the slide finishes on the concrete slabs. A lovely newly built house in Arenas del Mar, walking distance to the sea and few minutes drive to Médano.
