Ab Origine Pizza Di Napoli — Restaurant in Granadilla de Abona

We had been there the first time. My first impression of the "Pizza Capricciosa" was where I got it. It looks quite oily. The end result of the pizza was when I ate it. I got after half the pizza already a strange grumbling in the belly and when we arrived back home I had then also unfortunately diarrhea from the pizza get. That was the first time I got diarrhea from a pizza. And we have already visited some pizzeria on Tenerife. The "Pizza Diavola" is unfortunately not a real Diavola. According to our experience and opinion belongs on a "Pizza Diavola" pepperoni salami on it. But on the pizza was only normal salami with peppercorns and from the alleged chilli that should be on it you have also seen or tasted nothing. And where we had asked for what sharp to re-season, we only got oil with chillschotten again. Too much oil, by the way, is unhealthy I say only to it. What I generally also missing in all the pizzeria on Tenerife I a reasonable "Vegetarian/ Vegetable Pizza". To 98% you get here only vegetable pizza with eggplant and zucchini. So far I have found only 2 restaurants where other vegetables were on it. You pizzerias can please quietly think about the semi-vegan who would rather have "red peppers, corn, mushrooms, onions and cherry tomatoes" on...

During my stay in Tenerife , I came across pizzeria “Ab origine“. The location is super nice , close to the sea and with a big terrace.

The stuff, was polite and friendly, they welcomed me with a smile, that is something always appreciated.

I am Italian, from Napoli, so quite picky with this kind of food, but I have to admit that everything was delicious, I had “montanare" and “crocchè“ as starters, they were super tasty, then I had a pizza “filetto“ , which was like the napoletan tradition with high quality of all the ingredients.

It 's incredible how you can feel home even if you are miles away.

In conclusion, If you pass by “El Medano“ , you should try it, I totally recommend...

BEST PIZZA, the pizza here is amazing fresh and fluffy. So tasty and at the same time a great price, came here had a sharing starter 2 pizzas and a bottle of wine for 50 euro what a great price ! Also found the best local white wine i have ever had!

Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and anyone staying at the kn Arenas del Mar hotel,

Only downe side was the english translation to begin with was an issue but was quickly resolved but in the same breath what you your exact your in their home country.

But all in all one of the best places for flavour,...
