Casa Blue Bayou — Hotel in la Vila Joiosa / Villajoyosa

Beautiful little fisherman's cottage in the casas de colores/ casco historico district of Villajoyosa right on the sea front just a few yards from a lovely sandy beach with nice swimming potential. The house is over 4 floors - the top one having a balcony with table and 4 chairs with gorgeous sea views. The interior benefits from being stocked with everything you could possibly need plus is furnished in an eclectic bohemian style with quirky touches and French objet d' art. The 4 of us had a fabulous stay here and the owner and Gaby, the local rep, made us very welcome. In April there's not so big a choice of restaurants at night to choose from but we never had to resort to cooking (!!). Also, the beach shops don't sell milk or bread and you have to climb the big hill into town and visit a proper supermercado. There's a lovely old busker with a red Strat copy who entertained us handsomely...

Mucho cuidado con reservar esta estancia en cualquiera de las webs en las q se oferta. La reservamos con 4 dias de antelacion,nos cobraron,y el dia de antes de la llegada,nos cancelan la reserva sin ninguna justificacion,explicandonos la web,que la cancelacion es unica y exclusivamente del propietario del alojamiento. Si no quereis correr el riesgo de que os arruinen vuestros planes sin justificacion ninguna,y que ademas os tengan retenido el dinero q habeis pagado,no se os ocurra plantearos este alojamiento.
