Hotelito Boutique Madrid Puente de Vallecas — Hotel in Madrid

I really like that this place was exactly as advertised. From the train station, you’d only need to take one metro (line) to get there and after a pleasant 5-minute walk you’ll find it. The directions they send are very clear - one challenge was the front door because you really have to pull hard. I was about to contact their customer service when someone came out and told me what I was doing wrong.

The pictures they post online are up to date and the entire place, including the entryway and hallway, is very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the only complaint is if I had come with someone else, I think that one pillow each isn’t enough. As it was, it served me perfectly as a solo traveler. The linens were fresh and clean and the room was fully equipped.

The location of the outlets were a little bit challenging as at one point I was working on my computer and needed to charge two things that I needed on the table. The outlet behind the table is way too low and the other one by the kitchen counter was too far. The only other thing I can think of is the strong smell of fabric softener and air freshener could be difficult for people with allergies.

That aside, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this...

We had a wonderful stay at the Sergio Hotel in Madrid! The place was impeccably clean, with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic—just a short 10-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of shops nearby, which was super convenient for grabbing anything we needed.

Despite being so well-connected, the hotel was remarkably quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Everything felt well-organized, and it’s clear the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property.

La comodidad de la cama, increíble! Habitación n9 da a la calle, a 2 pasos literal de una terraza de un bar muy concurrido, con lo que el sonido es un inconveniente si no te llevas tapones. Limpio con baño completo, TV, wifi y espejo de cuerpo entero. Algo a mejorar el lavabo, grifería tan al ras de la cerámica que es imposible no mojar el mueble.

Servicio: muy bueno, cuando están. Yo llegué a las 21:00 necesitaba una manta más pero como no hay nadie, hasta el día siguiente no me la pudieron proporcionar. Eso sí, nada más entrar las empleadas fue lo primero que hicieron, lo agradezco.

Ubicación: un barrio en el que el lugar para aparcar es nulo, ambas noches tuve que aparcar a 40m andando. (Llegando a partir de las 20:00, igual de día...
