Well sometimes you visit somewhere and you don’t want to leave a review because you don’t want other people to find the little gems!

This is a great spot, excellent price point and beautifully clean. The room my friend and I stayed in had a lovely view across the mountains, plenty of tea and coffee and a helpful little fridge for storing the necessary alioli!

Absolutely love the honesty bar, a lovely touch for when you fancy a little something in the afternoon.

The rooftop is simply stunning and a nice spot to eat your sandwiches if you want a simple lunch - however there are plenty of restaurants open in Mojacar pueblo.

We were given great big breakfasts every day with freshly squeezed orange juice and a range of hot or cold items.

The care and attention we have been given has been really special, and I can’t wait to come back. The location is great, there’s a nearby regular bus down to the beach every thirty minutes.

Considering we’re here in February and Mojacar is quiet and at times quite cold, this hotel is a lovely place to relax. Thank you for having us and see...

We were there a few weeks ago in the off season which is our favourite time to travel before the hoards of riff raff decend on a town. We went to Mojacar because we wanted to see it last trip but ran out of time. We popped up at siesta time and we had made no reservations at all. We were waiting and met Jullen who came to do some things in the hostal, it wasn't any problem at all. He and is wife are French, and very friendly and a pleasure to stay with. Jullen was telling us over breakfast which was wonderful from the top terrace overlooking the West side of town, that his wife, although we didn't meet her, made all the jams fresh. They also renovated the whole place themselves. It is clean, bright rooms, we had a terrace, room 5 in fact. Since I am writing a review and not a novel, I shall leave it here, but if you want to stay in clean, nice place with great hosts. This is the place in...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Exceptional in every way! Boutique Hotel Olivar is the kind of place that stays in your heart long after you leave. Everything — from the elegant design and serene atmosphere to the thoughtful little touches everywhere — reflects true passion and pride.

But what truly makes it extraordinary are the owners. They embody the very best in hospitality: warm, generous, and genuinely invested in making your stay perfect. Nothing is too much trouble, every detail feels personal, and you can sense their love and care in everything they do — from the exceptional breakfast served with a smile to the way they remember your preferences.

It’s rare to find somewhere that feels both luxurious and deeply personal, but Boutique Hotel Olivar manages it effortlessly. This isn’t just a hotel — it’s a labour of love, and it shows in every corner.

Simply outstanding — a true masterpiece of...

Very lovely hosts, knowledgeable and super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! Hotel is well equipped for it's size and modern. The services offered are well thought out and useful. The rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The views from our balcony were outstanding. There is an honesty bar so help yourself and be honest and pay for what you use. A lovely roof terrace with a shower and lounging facilities. There is no lift but there are accessible rooms on the ground floor. Secure underground parking is extra but very useful. The hotel is well located to access everything in the town easily. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Not the first time we’ve stayed here and won’t be the last. Visited with my mum and friend and we just Love this place! Alberto and Miki are the perfect hosts! The personal touches make it extra special - a home from home. Apart from the usual tea making facilities, it’s the personalised welcome letter and fragranced room that welcomes you, the toiletries that cover every eventuality, the comfy bed and soft blanket and the well stocked honesty bar. The breakfast is lovely and fresh and a great start to the day.
