Apartamentos Turisticos Resort de Nerja — Hotel in Nerja

We arrived late and got instructions earlier over the phone which where not very clear which made us search for our apartment in the middle of the night ... The apartment was too clean, it smelled like they disinfected everthing not in a good way, very hospital like. There was no character in the place boring and very minimal. They told us they would change the sheets on day 4. I had to ask 2 times and it still didnt happen at day 5 at night I went to take the sheets and towels myself and had to change them myself. There was no stop for the water flow which was making the bath on able to be used for a soak which was kind of why we wanted this apartment in the first place (we dont have a bath at home) The last 2 days we had issues with the warm water and electricity, something they wherent able to fix over the weekend which ment cold showers... The beach is 30 minute walk away down the hill (so going back up could be intens if your are not fit) and the swimming pool was closed allthough it was 21 degrees and sunny. In front of the building there was a sport field which had very intens light on at night which made it impossible to have a romantic evening on the balcony. Many of the other balconies look out on to ours which ment zero privacy. There was nothing to protect...

We stayed a couple of nights at Resort de Nerja in early June 2022. There are good and bad things to say about this place. The place was good priced and offered good value for a family on a budget. It was clean. There is safe underground parking and staff is friendly and helpful. It is up in the hills of Nerja so having a car is a must to get down into town. The furnishings are kept to a minimum. While there is a kitchen, there were many things missing that I would expect for a vacation rental. No coffee maker, no dish towels, no soap, only a couple of very bad quality pots to cook. There was no soap in the bathrooms either so make sure you bring everything you need. Also the pool was closed. Overall a okay place to stay for a couple of nights but not a Resort as the name...

Nice apartment but lacks a little bit of attention to detail from a cleaning point of view in the kitchen. Ants in the kitchen, no handles on fridge or freezer to open the doors, freezer drawers and cupboard doors needed to be wiped down. No towel to dry dishes or detergent to wash them. First time I have rented an apartment which doesn't have this basic provision. Reception staff very good and pleasant. Location hilly but not a problem for us, Sofa could have done with a good vacuuming and clean. In general the apartment needs a little bit of TLC but we...
