I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Cave Bar in Nerja! This cozy pub-style establishment offers delicious evening food made with fresh ingredients. We visited here after the caves of Nerja. The welcome we got from Debbie was amazing and really set the tone of our visit. The food was beyond epic. 3 of our party had Ron’s pies, the chicken and leek one was out of this world. In England, the pies are barely half full. Ron’s version was full to the lid and so tasty. It made the visit worth while.

We were a group of 7 and everyone loved the starters and mains. The portion size is very good.

Now as for Debbie, as mentioned her welcome set the tone for our visit, her knowledge of the menu and the way she described everything made choices very easy.

Visited this bar on Sunday after a hike nearby. It is really a nice place with a good vibe. The manager was very welcoming and staff attentive. Had the Sunday lunch which would normally not be my thing at all. Gammon was tasty and all the vegetables were fresh and cooked correctly. Although I didn't rlhave room for it I finished off with Apple Pie crumble and custard. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a nice cozy atmosphere with good food and I will go back when in the area. I imagine on a cold day or evening it is great place to spend a few hours.
