This hotel was very budget so everything that I say should take that into consideration.
The location of the hotel was pretty good; on a hill side, not to steep; walking distance to the beach. There is a bus to the airport (bus line A2. Costs 5âŹ/person) and to Palma (bus line 25. Costs 2âŹ/person), that leaves you about 1 minute away from the hotel entrance. The hotel has 4 pools (but they were not operating durning our stay) and lots of activities, all of them with an elderly target (bingo every night).
The staff was nice and ready to help you with all your issues. Need to know something? ask, no issue. Need a room change? Ask and consider it done. They even asked at the end of our stay if we would like them to keep our belongings on a locker so we could go to the beach and enjoy Mallorca before going to the airport. Everyone was really nice, except at dinner durning weekend. Then the staff was not operating as we got used to (I'll talk more about this part of the experience at the end, when I review the restaurant and food part of the experience)
The room looked as expect at this price point. It showcased a TV (that we did not try) and a fairly large balcony. You also have a wardrobe and a safe (you pay to use the safe). The bed was small as expected at this price point (140cmx190cm as the minimum standard for couples), spartan looking (metal frame that had wheels for some reason... đ€·đŒââïž ) and was squiky (unstable for any activity that is not sleeping) When I read the hotel reviews it said that sound isolation was very weak (it is about the same on most budget hotels in Mallorca). I was not prepared for how true that was. You could listen to conversations on the corridor as if the door was open. The bathroom was recently renewed (altho some things were already not working properly (such as the rain head shower that spilled and the window not opening) but it is a budget room, so it's nice that it has these unexpected amenities at this price point) Room service came everyday and did as expected (on the last day while we were packing our belongings they did not respect the 'do not disturb' sign tho...)
We booked the hotel with breakfast and dinner included. The restaurant was a buffet that served everything you wanted, considering all you want is pork... Jokes aside, you had one dish of fish and one dish of chicken (1. Not more, not less); everything else was pork... Even the pate was pork... might not be an issue for most, I do not eat pork so it was tough on me. Once again, the staff was really nice about it and one of the guys understood that I do not eat pork and always asked if I wanted some cheese to complete my meal. The true exception on the niceness of the staff was dinner on the weekends. The staff was noticeably more agitated and doing everything different then what we got used to on the other days. One lady schooled couple next to us for barely any reason (they were just 2, sitting on a table for 4... there were still lots of tables available); the same lady also moved our belongings without asking for permission; every other night everything went smoothly, dinner on weekends, they removed your plate even if you were still eating whats on the plate... You have water dispensers on both sides of the buffet. You also have access to a machine that dispenses the fakest and most watery orange juice and pineapple juice (just skip them). They also have drink fountains with beer and soda but you can only access to them if you pay extra for it. The worst part of the eating experience was the other customers... We've seen people taking food from their plate and putting back on the buffet; people squeezing bread with their bare hands (to see if it's fresh, nice and soft) and leaving it on the trays; people using the serving spoon to try some spice... Basically old people doing as they would do if at home and not respecting the buffet... I also had people regularly bumping into me at the buffet table. The buffet stayed open for about 3 hours and there was always food, even if you arrived close to...

Hands down the worst hotel 'resort' going, myself and a group of 8 people left six days into our 10 day holiday because this hotel was terrible.
Firstly, when we arrived there was a smell of sickness everywhere at the main hotel, which looked the part BTW, that was until we were told our rooms were in another hotel across the street in a horrible building. The building we were staying in was filthy, not cleaned to a good standard. Clean sheets? Stains all over them and the bathroom was disgusting. The rooms were falling apart, and did not get cleaned while we stayed. My room had no shower head, and the light on balcony was hanging off the wall with wires hanging out. The Air con doesn't work either.
The one time the cleaner came into the room, she made one bed, changed the towels, didn't clean the toilet or anything. But she did take unopened cans of juice, bottled water, juice and beer for herself!!!
Food. Now, we know Spanish food is different and weren't expecting much, but when you go for dinner and then lunch the next day they are serving the dinner from night before's left overs? In that heat alone could cause food poisoning. As for all inclusive? Where were the snack bars? The ice cream stands that were advertised? No where to be seen. Nothing but a place on the bar in the main building with cheese, ham and bread - not even butter! That was only there an hour or so. And the all inclusive drinks were unbranded, if you wanted coke or fanta or anything else? Have to pay extra. We knew the alcohol allowance before going and weren't to bothered, but when we found the wine and beer on taps that also ran through the same taps as the fruit juice!!! Save your money!
The entertainment was, well⊠I couldn't tell you because it was all in Spanish or spouts of German. They did not cater to English speakers at all!!! One of the nights we sat and were told to be quiet by the entertainer because we were talking, then when someone said we were 'English' (Scottish but close enough) she said something in Spanish about us that had every Spanish people laughing at us. Very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. The next day, a woman from the entertainment business came around everyone sitting outside trying to bribe us to give a 5* review with free drinks. Not very professional is it?
The pools, or at least the two of the four that we saw were filthy. We went in once and there was bugs and debris floating everywhere we got out pretty quickly.
If you wanted to drink outside by the pool area, you are charged for the plastic cups!
It felt more like a prison, with most balconies facing the inside of the hotel, you could see into other people's rooms, and there was no privacy whatsoever. The pictures on here are NOT the hotel we stayed at.
If you want a good night sleep, don't bet on it. All the German guests party all night, throwing their beer cans over the balconies and start fights outside to the point armed police patrol the hotel constantly, which can make anyone feel uncomfortable, never-ending. We witnessed a girl being beat up but a group of men from the hotel. It was chaotic.

Read moreThe worst experience of an "all inclusive" imaginable. There are so many issues with this hotel that's difficult to truly disclose the real experience of the place. Initially I had to wait 45 minutes to be checked in with only 1 member of staff working at the desk and two others chatting away, clearly not prioritising guests. The poor guy at the desk seemed overwhelmed and stressed. When I eventually got checked in, I had to stumble around in the dark trying to locate which building the member of staff had hurriedly pointed to. Ten minutes later, I had reached my room. Basic, dated and falling apart. With mold on the walls, broken tiles on the floor and a wardrobe that looks like it's about to give way, I don't understand how this can even be 3 stars. The food. If you can call it that. Extremely Basic. Do no expect to enjoy the food here. Bland, watered down and horrid looking. If you are eating for sustenance, it'll help you get by, but you will not enjoy. Queues were horrendous. With only two functioning coffee machines, the dining room is a overwhelmed with Queues of people. When I eventually got into the dinning room and a plate of questionable food was located, I had to walk around the dining room numerous times to find a seat. I'm a solo traveller and so only require one singular seat. Even this was a difficult task! Not to mention on my last day, I came down for breakfast at 9am and found the queue to even enter the dining room was spiralled up the stairs and around the corner. Turns out three other hotels had shut their dining rooms for end of season and so even MORE people where waiting to be disappointed with this experience. The lunch time offerings were horrific. Burgers that had been clearly sitting there for hours, looking pale and unappealing. Staff were rude and very Unhelpful. When asked for a coffee, I was told to come back at 10am... it was 9:58am. Eventually I was given a paper cup and was told to go to the machine. It choked out a pitiful curdled coffee. Undrinkable. I was refused a soft drink when I said I had no money on me for a reusable cup. I asked why couldn't I use a paper one, 'only for cofffee' was the response. The pools were not clean, moldy and very unappealing. A whole section was cornered off for 'maintenence'. The pool was green and broken tiles lined its floor. I was told at 5pm that I had to move out of a section because it shut at 6pm. Overall a horrendous experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY...
