Aparthotel Attica 21 Vallès — Hotel in Sabadell

I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Attica 21 Valles Aparthotel, and I am compelled to share my experience to warn other potential guests. My stay was marred by a series of unprofessional incidents that significantly impacted my comfort and overall satisfaction.

Firstly, the central air conditioning in my room was non-functional, a critical comfort factor that was completely overlooked. Despite raising this issue, the solution provided was inadequate and handled with a lack of urgency or care. Moreover, the room I was initially given had two single beds despite my specific request for a double bed. When I approached the reception to address this, I was instructed to return at a specific time for a room change, which not only disrupted my work schedule but ultimately proved pointless.

Upon my return, the alternative room I was given still did not meet my initial request, as it also featured two single beds. The lack of communication about the unavailability of rooms with double beds before making the switch showed a startling disregard for guest preferences and basic hospitality standards.

What truly set this experience apart in the worst possible way was the staff's attitude. I was met with vulgarity, utter indifference, and a shocking level of unprofessionalism. No apologies were offered for the inconvenience, nor was there any attempt to rectify the situation in a manner that would acknowledge the disruption and discomfort caused to me.

I left the Attica 21 Valles feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This aparthotel failed to provide the basic tenets of customer service and comfort. For those seeking a pleasant and professional hospitality experience in the area, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. We stayed to nights in this hotel at the end of our vacation. 2 Adults and 2 Children. The first impression was good. Clean lobby, close to the carretera to Barcelona, free and safe parking in the subterrain with automatic door.|Our apartment was large, very clean, full equipped kitchenette, very nice living area, two dorms with own bathroom each. |The air conditioning was doing some times a to good job, so it was kind of freezing and took some time to get the right temperature fixed.|Very clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and, fridge with freezing unit.|Room service each day. |Super fast and free Internet. |Supermarkets and restaurants close, but the hotel offers for low prices lunch / dinner and breakfast. As we always cooked on our own, I cannot say anything about the quality, but it looked and smelled very good in the entrance.|The hotel is about 20 minutes by car from Barcelona center. Quite a little outside, but this makes everything easier, no problems with traffic, no problems with parking, no extra cost..|The price was absolutely reasonable (booked via Internet on a General Hotel reservation site).|We would love to come back to this apart hotel. 100%...

It was ok. Expensive for what it offers. Funny smell in the bathroom and the corridors. Big but dark rooms. Cool beds. The breakfast is plus 8 euros each, and it's nothing special at all. They even close the door at 10.30 am, if you are a minute late you can't eat. I don't like these kind of hotel politics. On 10.30 am exactly the stuff at the breakfast told us that it's over, kind of "hurry up you have to finish" even that WE HAD FINISHED and just sitting in the area . Why ?
