Rooms: Old made but nice, a little too dark due to thick stone walls and small windows. We had to switch rooms due to some problem, water didn't run down the shower, smoke detector was flashing for eyes at night. Second room was better. Shower pressure is great. We were not allowed to dry clothes outside because the owner said "is looks ugly". Breakfast: It's basically bread, ham and cheese, jam and butter. One cereal, always a fresh egg dish, great coffee, hot milk and tea and something sweet. It's very good but it doesn't differ so after a couple of days you wish for some more variety. 8am until 10am. Facility: It's very clean and built with lots of love and effort. Great view from the rooftop. But it's not a farmhouse ad the pictures might make you think. It's an enclosed compound in the center of the little town "San Miguel". Parking around is plenty on the road. We didn't try the sauna or pool but it should be nice. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to stay up until 4-5 nights.

Really cute hotel in San Miguel. The property is historic and decorated nicely to fit the history. The breakfast is simple but plentiful. All the staff very very kind. One day we were not provided with towels and by the time we returned for the day it was late, and all staff was gone. So that meant no showers for us. Would have been nice to have more towels and soaps in the bathroom. I’m sure if requested, the staff would have provided but we were always on the go so asking for things was always difficult. There are no wine glasses or bottle openers in the room, but they have a bar area and Nancy or other staff members can get them for you. There is a really pretty viewpoint on the roof that has a sauna (not hot tub). There is a warmer pool below the property. But still doesn’t reach hot tub heat. It is a cooler time of year and still found it a little chilly to swim. Parking is available on the street out front. Late at night that parking becomes full and you can park just up the street on the main road in town without difficulty. The heat and aircon in the room...

Provato a chiedere. Risposta?

I did enjoy some of my stay here but it is has strict rules, almost regimental. ||I asked to change my room because I was inside the building in a locked building. I had a key but couldn't get out. Also the bathroom smelt of dirty drains. ||The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms need updating. The bed is so big and comfy. ||The cook and the cleaner were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Julio was helpful. The heated spa is very relaxing. ||The coffee machine in the bar is not very good, so if you need a coffee when you wake up, you will be disappointed. Coffee is served with breakfast at 8.00am. ||Beds and towels are changed on a daily basis unless you put the sign up. ||I wasn't allowed to stay on. I had a late flight at 10.00pm. I had to check out at 11.00am. I did offer to pay the additional cost but was just told it was not possible. No explanation was offered. ||Overall it was a pleasant experience, would recommend a short stay if you like to be free. I stayed...
