Restaurant eARTh — Restaurant in San Miguel de Abona

This is without a doubt the BEST restaurant on the whole island. It is perfect in its simplicity and at the same time complex flavours. The chef proves that you don’t need rich sauces to create flavour in your dishes. His understanding of cooking techniques and flavour combinations leads to outstanding dishes, all created with organic local ingredients. I can not praise them enough for the incredible experience. This restaurant has quickly become my favourite, and hopefully it will become yours too.

This restaurant is perfection! We went there yesterday and it was a great start to our holidays. The food is so special, so interesting. Everything tastes fresh and is perfectly balanced. You can taste the love for cooking and for local, ecological food with every bite. The service was friendly, but not overwhelming. We asked for recommendations and they didn't just recommend their most expensive food, which a lot of places do. Instead they took their time to really find the best pick for us. We are already looking forward to coming back to this restaurant when coming back...

The food is well thought out, and follows a lovely eco principle. All the details of the restaurant show great amounts of thought. When you begin with the menus, which were illustrated by an artist, you get a sense of the attention to detail. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and make every course of a meal feel special. As a friend and I tour Tenerife, this has been our favorite restaurant.
