Mon séjour dans cette auberge de jeunesse a été un véritable cauchemar du début à la fin. Je rédige ce courrier à la suite d'une recommandation de la part de Miguel Gonzalez Maseda, qui m'a menacé en me disant que si je n'étais pas content, je n'avais qu'à passer la nuit dans la rue et rédiger un "review" sur Booking pour me plaindre. Je prends cette initiative afin de prévenir de telles situations pour les futurs clients de l'établissement. Voici un résumé détaillé des nombreux problèmes rencontrés : Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, cet établissement est loin d'être un hôtel. C'est plutôt une auberge de jeunesse de basse qualité, avec des dortoirs et des lits de type pension de mauvaise qualité.

Insulte, Agressivité et Violence du Manager de l'Auberge de Jeunesse : Insultes Publiques : Le manager, Miguel Gonzalez Maseda, a proféré des insultes à trois reprises, me traitant de "stupide" devant d'autres clients, ce qui est humiliant et inacceptable. Je lui ai dit "vous me traitez de stupide", il m'a dit "oui et je l'assume". Agressivité Verbale et Physique : En plus des insultes, le manager a fait preuve d'une agressivité verbale et physique, menaçant de me faire dormir dans la rue si je refusais de porter un bracelet, ce qui crée un environnement hostile et intimidant. Commentaires Désobligeants : J'ai été témoin de ses commentaires désobligeants à l'encontre des clients français, ce qui témoigne d'un manque de professionnalisme et crée une atmosphère peu accueillante.

Pratiques abusives : "- Port Obligatoire du Bracelet de foire au bestiaux : L'auberge impose des pratiques abusives à ses clients. Tout d'abord, pour des pseudo-raisons de sécurité, vous êtes obligé de porter un bracelet violet ridicule avec votre numéro de chambre écrit au feutre comme un animal, pendant toute la durée du séjour. Facturation Excessive : En plus des taxes de séjour non mentionnées sur internet, ils prennent leurs clients pour des pigeons et facturent 20 euros en cas de perte d'une clé dont la valeur maximale est de 2 euros, ce qui est totalement exagéré. Utilisation du Tutoiement : Le manager utilise ces pseudo politique de securité comme excuse pour vous tutoyer comme un collègue de chantier et justifier son comportement agressif et désinvolte envers les clients.

Qualité de l'hébergement : Confort des Chambres : Les chambres sont bien en deçà des normes de confort attendues. La mienne mesurait 5 m2, avec une fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure avec vis-à-vis sur d'autres personnes, j'étais obligé de fermer les rideaux. Les lits étaient à peine confortables, et j'ai eu froid pendant la nuit, car la couverture était minuscule. Équipements : À part un lit et un lavabo, il n'y a rien, ni télévision ni espace.

Sécurité : La plus grosse menace de sécurité provient du manager Miguel Gonzalez Maseda, qui fait les gros bras et se montre violent et vous parle comme un moins que rien, si vous osez lui faire une remarque. Il fait 2 mètres.

L'ambiance est tout sauf conviviale. Le comportement hostile du manager crée une atmosphère tendue et désagréable. Aucune activités proposées : Aucune activité n'est proposée pour enrichir l'expérience des clients. Au contraire, les clients sont traités comme des touristes des machines à billets, dans une usine.

Internet et Connectivité : Wi-Fi peu fiable

Cette expérience a complètement gâché mes vacances. Pour ma part, je vais demander un remboursement. En conclusion, je déconseille fortement cet établissement à quiconque cherche un séjour agréable et sûr à Ibiza. Le comportement inacceptable du manager et les pratiques abusives rendent cette auberge de jeunesse totalement indigne de confiance. Je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds et j'encourage tous les voyageurs à éviter cet endroit...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. I am actually in shock, the room is terrible, not provided with towels on check in, so could not even shower. The room don’t have bins, which I have never experienced before. The chair in our room was dirty and has hairs, the bed covers had stains. It is absolutely freezing inside the room, no Aircon or anything. We knew it was basic, but this is below normal Standards for a hotel. The noise is constant and never stops, even outside too, it is winter now so can’t even imagine this place during summer season. No tourists in the hotel, it feels like is full of workers and very low income people with no manners, possibly illegal emigrants, doors constantly banging and acting weird. I was really in shock with the place, we don’t mind staying in low end basic hotels sometimes, but this is not even considered a hotel. The only good thing here was the receptionist was actually friendly. Very scary experience overall, avoid this place...
