This is definitely some of the best pasta I've ever had. I got the carbonara and the lasagna. The guanciale in the carbonara was very crispy like the guanciale I had in Rome. The fresh pasta was excellent too. The lasagna is some of the best lasagna I've ever had. They're so flavorful, it's unreal. One of the gentlemen who served us was very nice and polite and suggested their special dishes too, I think lasagna with pumpkin, and ravioli with butter. I did want to try the ravioli but I couldn't not try the carbonara. He also suggested some desserts which sounded great. I wish I didn't have the ice cream before so I could try some of their desserts. The food was prepared very quickly and the portions were also very big. The price is very reasonable for the size. This is definitely the best pasta I've had in Ibiza. I don't know if the gentlemen are Italian but the flavours are very original. I will definitely try to get at least an amatriciana before I leave the island. I wish I could try the entire menu. 5/5 best...
