Hotel Vibra Isola — Hotel in Sant Josep de sa Talaia

Our stay was ruined after all of my valuables were stolen from inside of our locked hotel room while we were away for the day. When corresponding with customer service for assistance on the incident, they proceeded to blame the theft on me as opposed to accepting responsibility for the stolen goods or offering any compensation whatsoever. Despite expressing that I understand that theft is common, I expressed my dissatisfaction considering the items were stolen out of our locked hotel room. After further deflecting of blame, customer service decided to stop answering entirely and will no longer respond to any of my communication attempts. They have made an unfortunate situation as unpleasant as it could be and have made me severely regret my stay. Be VERY careful about theft… especially considering no one will help you in the case that something of yours is stolen from the hotel!!!

Despite their response to my review, their lack of care is undeniable as they have cut off all communication with me regarding the incident. The entire experience has been frustrating and there has been zero remorse or apology shown by the hotel. I would like to restate that all of these valuables were stolen from our LOCKED hotel room. The hotel was in a great location with alot of good bars and clubs nearby. We had to wait a couple hours to check in and empty our case which was a little annoying after a few hours flight The barstaff and maids were super friendly and welcoming.

Nice quiet area around the pool that was never too busy. I didn't eat here so cannot offer a review on the food.

The floor for the room was a little dirty on arrival but was cleaned properly after the first day when the maids came in. The worst part was the lack of facilities in the room. The decor was plain white but I didn't mind, the furniture was cheap ikea furniture and the bed was like a hospital bed on wheels which was super squeaky. There were no batteries in the safe so we couldn't use it without buying our own from the shop. There was no fridge to keep a bottle of water cold at least, and the storage for clothes was limited with around 4 hangers only. We didn't have a door hanger to let staff know If the room is occupied or to notify that we needed house cleaning. But the maids came and cleaned it anyway. There was also no ashtray on the balcony to have a cigarette if we wanted. And the view from the balcony was a bush right in our faces.
