Just got back from a long weekend here. Arrived at 11am and room wasn’t ready which was fine and they said come back at 2 and showed me where to change and stored my luggage so I could go to the pool. Came back a little after 2 and room still wasn’t ready and they didn’t give me a time to come back. It wasn’t a huge deal I just wanted to get my stuff in my room instead of the storage room. I had all inclusive and they didn’t really explain it that clearly so I ended up accidentally paying for a drink I didn’t realize was at the “wrong bar”., the inclusive bar could have a better list of included cocktails so I didn’t have to make the poor girl list them off every time I wanted something new because it was a premade fountain so you couldn’t just order anything. you also have to pay €2 for the token for the cup which you do get back when you leave if you bring the token back. On checkout I was a bit frustrated cause I brought the cup back since the bar had closed the night before, before I finished the drink and they said they only accept the tokens back and I had to go to the bar by the pool, I was in a hurry so I ran down to find the bar hadn’t opened so I ran back and they took the cup and I then had to ask for the money back as well. They also didn’t mention that they had food at the pool bar for between main meal times so the first day I hadn’t eaten since 3am and starved until lunch not knowing. Food was good they had a buffet and there were always lots of options and it made it fun to try new stuff without committing to a full meal of it and it was different every meal (breakfast was pretty similar but had a few different options each day). Desserts were fantastic! The walls in the room are THIN and I was right by the elevator so I heard every word from every person but I honestly still slept so well! They could give a second pillow or more than just a single top sheet because I did get cold and had to turn the air off but it didn’t stop me from sleeping really well! The balcony was also nice and handy for putting wet towels and suits on. Sink could have been cleaned better, the faucet had some gunk under the handle which was gross but not a deal breaker and the shower was really nice. They had entertainment Saturday night which was nice and it was pretty crowded, there’s also a tattoo room that seemed pretty busy the whole time. Chairs by the pool were normal nothing crazy but music could have been better, there was a more private chair section but not sure what the price was. Also had a guy giving out massages but he never felt pushy when walking around advertising. I would totally stay here again! I didn’t go do anything outside the hotel other than walks on the beach and souvenir shopping across the street since it was a short solo break to relax but they did have an activities person to book from.

Date of Visit: 18th April to 21st April 2025 Location: Great location, 15 minutes’ drive from Ibiza Airport. The hotel is next to Playa d'en Bossa beach. The hotel offers live music everyday at 21.30pm and Tatto services within the hotel premises. Customer Service: We encountered a small issue with customer service, which affected my rating, bringing it down to 4 stars. Although we had booked seaside rooms, we were only given one room with limited seaside views. The receptionist, Sofia, was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for this situation. I escalated the issue to British Airways, and while the hotel offered to upgrade our room, it came with an extra charge that I was unwilling to accept. Additionally, please remember to collect your hand tag when checking in, as it is required for accessing the hotel and returning in the evening. Unfortunately, Sofia did not provide us with this tag, and we were confronted by security the next day, necessitating an explanation that we hadn’t received it earlier. City Tax: As per norms, each hotel charge for city tax, we paid €7.5 for 3 days stays for 3 people. Location: From the airport, we took the Local Bus L10 to reach our hotel, getting off at the Can Raspal stop and then walking for about 15 minutes. On our way back to the airport, we chose to take a taxi, which was €14 for three passengers. The taxi stand is conveniently located right next to the hotel. You'll find plenty of food outlets, including Burger King and KFC, as well as a SPAR supermarket and local shops nearby. The beach is just a short one-minute walk away. Room: We have two different rooms reserved, and both were spacious with balconies. Each room had a good supply of bed sheets, towels, and toiletries. I highly recommend opting for the sea view rooms, especially the odd-numbered ones, as they are the ones that face the sea directly. Cleanliness: The hotel rooms were very clean, and the cleaner comes every day for cleaning unless you don’t want to be disturbed. They will happily provide additional towels if you would like one. Swimming Pool: The hotel has a swimming pool situated at the rear, operating from 8 AM to 8 PM. There are numerous seating areas, and you can buy towels at the reception, but you’re also welcome to use your own. The pool is not only beautiful but also well-kept, with a lifeguard available for any emergencies. Food Quality: We have booked rooms including breakfast, and it serves from morning 8am to 10.30am. They have good varieties of veg and non-veg options for Breakfast, and all the items are served fresh. It is unlimited so feel free to enjoy your breakfast. Wifi: The Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, and you will be given the ID and password when you check in.

Giovani (reception) - amazing customer approach, great English and above and beyond when it comes to personal requests. This guy needs a pay rise! Casto y Candy (kitchen/snack bar in the eating area) - amazing service, great English and above and beyond when it comes to special requests. Veronica (snack bars) - super friendly and great English, always smiling. Juan (snack bars) - great service at the snack bars and very friendly. Julian (older gentleman at the snack bar) - lovely, welcoming and great customer service. He’s dealing with all the all inclusive drinks and he’s always extremely busy yet helpful. He needs a pay rise too! David - great service at the front desk and great communication with a friendly approach. Organised a taxi for us in 5 minutes and always was very responsive to our questions. Dominico (front of entrance to kitchen) - welcoming and smiling all the time. Hotel itself is great, amazing location, literally 10 seconds from the hotel to the beach. Food - it’s alright, a lot to choose from Room - stayed in double room with sea view and balcony, room itself is good and clean Bathroom - not too modern compared to rest of the hotel, approximately 5cm of mould on the silicone in the bathroom made it unpleasant but we managed. Hallways - always clean Elevators - quite used but perfectly usable Sound proofing - thin walls make you hear everything in the room next door, literally everything. Wasn’t expecting anything different as it’s all more for a party experience so most people would not be bothered, I wasn’t. Swimming pool - great, clean, cleaned everyday in the morning before breakfast Smoking area - no designated areas for smoking, most areas have signs that smoking is not permitted yet I was not sure where I can where was no signs. Overall, it’s really great hotel and amazing staff. For couples, friends and party people - definitely yes. For families - I wouldn’t say so but it’s subjective. I’d like to mention once more Giovani as an amazing guy from reception, Julian as very hardworking gentleman, Juan as friendly guy who looked identically as our friend from UK and Candy as great kitchen staff and really welcoming. Cheers.

The worst hotel in Ibiza - do not waste your money staying here.

The food in the buffet is always cold and there are no options for vegetarians (except salad - which was unhelpfully pointed out to us during our stay by hotel staff). We were served raw pork and when we raised the issue with the chef we were told 'ohwell'. There is no dining service whatsoever - you need to get your own cutlery, cups, drinks etc.

The hotel rooms are tiny. Whilst house keeping visited every day they may as well have not bothered. The beds aren't changed and the floor is never swept or cleaned. When I dropped a sock on the floor I picked it up with a clump of hair and dust from previous guests. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything from other rooms and the hallway - including people coming in, singing/slamming doors etc at every time of night and through the morning. The phones in the room dont work, not even to call reception. There are no amenities in the hotel room at all - no tea or coffee making facilities and no water.

There is no free water in this hotel - there is no 4* hotel in the world that I have been to that has a water vending machine in the foyer. But when the machine swallowed £10 and didn't give us any water the reception called us liars and said we couldn't prove it had happened.

Vibra have introduced a ridiculous cup system, clearly just a way to reduce the number of staff needed for the pool area and a cost saving exercise so that guests can only have one drink at a time. There is absolutely no sun bed service whatsoever, no staff around the pool at all. The lifeguard goes around collecting paper cups/plates, wiping tables and putting beds back together. The drinks are all watered down if you have an all inclusive band you get the absolute pits in terms of quality of drink. We were even denied a straw because 'you have to pay for that'

The pool area is so over crowded, there is not nearly enough beds for the number of guests in the hotel and the beds they do have are on top of each other. The poolside toilets are disgusting and only cleaned at the end of the day so any faeces or vomit just sits there in the heat all day long. I don't even know how it is possible but the floors all over this hotel are dirty and have bits all over them. The pool isn't cleaned nearly enough - it is green and has turned a white bikini and white inflatable mouldy. The pool bar closes at 6pm but they bring the shutters down from 5.30pm - the staff just don't care at all and clearly don't want to work.

The absolute worst part of this hotel is the service which is either atrocious or non existent. You have to queue for everything, the hotel are woefully understaffed and the staff they do have are miserable and over-worked. Staff do not smile and do not say please or thank you.

During our stay we decided to catalogue the problems we experienced and tried to raise them with hotel management in advance of making this review. We asked Carmen on reception for a meeting with hotel management, she said someone would call us the next day. 3 days later we followed up at reception as we hadn't heard anything and were given a complaint form to fill in. We filled this out and were eventually invited for a meeting with the hotel Manager Maria. She listened to our issues and promised to follow up with a call. When we raised this with the 'guest experience manager' Victoria a few days later she said Maria had been trying to call us on our room phone - completely neglecting the fact that our room phone wasn't working was part of our original complaint (!) Victoria backtracked and said Maria had 'probably' tried to call us. She obviously had not read our complaint. Victoria is an abysmal guest experience manager and has no place working with guests face to face.

In all, this hotel is maximum 2. It is absolutely nowhere near a 4. Do not waste...

Well, what should I write about this property, it looks huge, has a good swimming pool, nice view, and a great location, everybody should feel pretty good about it right? I also felt so while booking it, but "Welcome to Vibra Algarb", where the staff is insensitive, rude and are only wanting to do check-ins, once you have checked-in, they don't care. There are series of instances that happened right from day 1: No complimentary water bottles were provided in the room, even a 1* hotel will provide you with at least 1 water bottle, you got to buy water for €3 per bottle from their vending machine, what a shame for a 4 star. No water glasses, the ones kept in the washroom, the hotel thinks you must be fine with that. Water glasses quality: cheap quality plastic glasses. No tea-coffee kits, No kettle, wow, such a beautiful property.... Dental kits, you never get dental kits replenished, if the toothpaste is finished, they don't bother putting another one for you and when you request them, somehow housekeeping staff feels offended. Red ANTS in the room, yes they have red ants crawling everywhere in their room, wherever you go, balcony, in the room, red ants will capture and will wait to get inside your shoes. Our washroom door got locked and we wanted to raise a complaint, NOBODY on their front desk was interested in picking up the calls, and when you go down you see that they are super super busy in check ins, we waited for them to complete the check in process and before marching ahead with another check-in we asked them about this and one of their Front Desk immediately took another check in person and said: "Don't you see what I am doing?" This was horrendous, is that what you call customer service? Is this the way to talk with your guests? we are seasoned travelers and have been staying in finest properties throughout the world but never ever has a front desk person or a hotel person said something like this. In the meantime we approached Camila, the other front-desk person, she did listen to our problem about bathroom doors getting locked, but said our technicians are not available at night, but our security person will do the job for you. Yes, I think the security person possessed some technical skills and managed to open it for us. How wonderful is that. Had it been he wasn't able to, then, I am sure, we would be left with no option apart from using their common washrooms, as Vibra Algarb would not change the room for us, they're definitely not the most helpful and hospitable set of people to deal with. For every thing you ask- they say-"No, we don't have", we don't have the shaving kit (basic necessity), we don't have the technicians, our ac's don't work, we can't give you toothpaste, we can't remove ants properly from your room and blah blah blah... Then coming to the housekeeping, the rooms were cleaned for the heck of it, no proper cleaning and on the last night, the bed sheets was not even replaced, I could see that the sheets were same old, as they are white, it's quite understood that it gets dirty pretty easily, and they get replaced every single day atleast in every reputed property. Coming to air conditioner, fabulous performance (wow), does not cool the room, on calling their technician (I am surprised he came) he said- this ac is old, every room has the same and it won't perform beyond this capacity and I am sorry I can just put the vents downwards apart from this nothing. Well, what could be done, ADJUST, as we have paid for this property, ADJUST and stay at the exorbitant price. And yeah, their elevators, why must I forget this one, they have three OLD ELEVATORS (at least they look old to me with their condition and noise) were shaking while coming and going from first to fourth floor and vice versa, the only recommended option was 'Take the stairs' and yes we did take them, as we were quite scared to...
