Xenophobic staff, terrible service.

Very disappointed to be leaving this review but genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a bar ever.

Once seated, our waitress took our order without giving us so much as a look and I didn’t even have time to say “thank you” before she walked away from us. At first I thought she was just busy given they were fully booked, however she was happy to chat in length with the locals seated near us so clearly she just didn’t want to deal with us. Not only that, we were given a receipt before we’d even been given drinks, a first for me in any bar.

Secondly, we asked the usher multiple times if we could be seated elsewhere once people had left, we were ignored multiple times despite being told “I will find out if you can move”…before seating new customers at those same tables.

I’ve never been treated so poorly at a bar in my life. To any holidaymakers reading, believe me when I say this bar just wants your money and nothing more. Stick to your hotel bars, they were honestly our best experience at...

The place is located in PDB in what used to be SiSi Assador long time ago (which we loved btw) area is split in to tree - bar, disco and restaurant. We tried bar one day and restaurant the other day.

The menu was ok but not super appealing I. Terms of choices. We ordered Shrimp Taco from the mains and grilled sea bream. Shrimp taco was ok-ish but lacked flavour - we mostly felt the oily deep fried shrimp and no other flavours to compensate at all. Grilled fish was grilled well. Simple dish.

It the worst was the service - place was half empty and still we had very little to none attention from plenty of unoccupied stuff. We ordered a bottle of wine and was not even once approached to refill our glasses. We have been served fish and was not even offered to serve it or debone it for us. Awful place!

We walked in around 3am which yes is late but Ibiza - not really. There were about 20 people max in the club, super dead but I didn’t mind as I had just flown in and was tired and just wanted a fun first night.

We were charged €20 entry and a free drink which was nice, but within 10 minutes of us walking in they were closing. Why didn’t they tell us I don’t know, but we were told we could finish our drinks outside/the smoking area.

While finishing my drink I was told by a rude female security to hurry up, she stood right behind me to intimidate me to finish it faster. Argued with me the entire time and when I told her I was going as fast as I could, the same man who said I could drink outside snatched the drink and we were asked to leave again.
