Rated at 3 stars, the Bahia Azul punches above its weight in a number of areas.||The hotel shares facilities (including a reception) with its sister hotel down the road, however, the quieter, more adult friendly environment found at the Azul was much more to our taste.||We had a room on the 4th floor (our choice), but questioned whether the 64 steps to get there was such a good idea on a couple of occasions. There are no lifts, so if you have any mobility issues, you may want to pick a room on a lower floor.||The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was comfortable and served its purpose but could be improved with some minor adjustments, especially in the kitchen area. It lacked a full range of glassware and with only one plug socket (there are 2 on the bathroom) made food prep a little challenging at times. Shower gel was provided, and towels changed regularly.||Pool towels are not provided, there is no hairdryer in the bathroom (but I believe you could get one from reception), and there are plenty of sun beds. Pool is a good size but water a little on the cool side.||Pool side bar serves decent food and drinks at a reasonable price.||Would I stay at the Bahia Azul again, definitely, especially at the...
