||I have never heard of or experienced anything similar. |We payed through booking, during the check-in the receptionist put pressure that we had to pay on the spot "ah no no you left the credit card info on booking but that was something else. you didn't pay yet. You need to pay here to do the check in."|We realised at the day of the check-out, gave the management a call and told them we double paid. He promised to pay us back to the credit card. I asked for a receipt of the payment. Two hours later still no receipt. Call again and the answer was "yeah well you have to wait until the evening, we are workimg the whole day." (slightly pissed tone)||3 days after, no money in the account. Call again to hear "ah yes we couldn't book it back because your credit card didn't let us, give us your iban." |That was the first time I got really annoyed. Why do I have to call them to find out there is an issue with the reimbursement?! |First and only annoyed apology only came after mentioning reviews, complaints book etc. "But the house was nice right?" What foes the house have to do with you trying to keep my money?! Why do I have to run after you to get it back even though the initial mistake was fully yours?! |New excuses, yes yes today afternoon you habe the money all of that bs. Until|THEY STOPPED ANSWERING MY CALLS AT SOME POINT.|After a first bad booking review they sent a text at 2am that the money was transfered. No apology or anything.|AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY CAUSE NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE!||- the place we stayed in was new and had nice and noisy construction sites all around. |- "If you don't take out the trash you pay 50€"|- the cleaning lady did open us the door again after check out because we forgot something and was friendly. Read moreLocation: a little out of the way. If you want to be near the action of this little town, go somewhere else. It is quiet. Of course, we seem to be 1 of only 2 couples here at the beginning of April, so by quiet, I mean deathly quiet. Not good or bad, just reporting.||||Check-in: while friendly enough, we did get the feeling that we were interrupting the real business of selling or renting villa units.||||Room: we have the basic studio. The room is large enough and well appointed. The kitchenette has the very basics. It is clean, but rather dark and cool. Again, ideal for summer months.||||Bed: comfortable enough. A bit firm, but fine.||||View: EVERY room in this complex (and there aren't that many) either studio or loft (one bedroom) look out over the gas station and what I assume would be a very busy road in the high season. Strange, since the entire row of rooms could be facing the pool and courtyard.||||Would not stay here again. It will serve our purposes for 2 nights, but not a lovely holiday get-away spot.||||The pool: would be nice in summer. Covid Safe.||Very helpful and friendly staff.||Walking distance to wonderful unspoilt sandy beaches with Chirringittos and close to the town. Many good Tapas and restaurants.||||We were dissappointed with opening times for the pool 11am until 3pm. 5pm until 9pm.||||We did things in the morning planning to use the pool in the afternoon.||||Even though there were not many people staying due to the Pandemic,, We requested to use the pool from 3pm prefering to do things in the morning and evening due to the heat. ||||This was refused and stated that there could be NO EXCEPTIONS. ||||This seemed harsh as nobody else had used the pool and we are two men 68 and 70 years old wanting to relax !!!!||||It should be noted however that the pool is shared with the Urbanisation attached and they control opening times.||||The lady on Reception pleaded our case and also thought the decision was not helpful.||||Otherwise a very...
