Would not stay here again. We checked in around 10pm. Front desk gave us a key card and code to get into our room (apparently the card is only used to turn on the lights). Anyhow, the code would not work. We made several trips to the front desk and back to the room trying the same code in vane. Each time the front desk clerk would say, "it should work now", each time failure. Eventually the front desk clerk had to use the master key to open the room door. It was 11 pm by then. They could not figure out how to make the code work for our entire stay, thankfully it was one night. Regardless of everything else, this issue should give you pause if you are considering staying here...

The hotel has a good location - it is close to Oceanografic Valencia, and there is a bus stop for buses to the more central part of the city. The room is large enough for two people to stay. The bed is sprung, but was actually quite comfortable - however, there is noise when moving around. But the bathroom is depreciated, and more attention should be paid to hygiene there. When draining the water from the sink, noise is also heard in the room. You can leave your luggage in storage at the reception after check-out. You can choose for a short stay.

The place from the putside looks nice. The staff was nice as well, but once we got to the room. We'll things we're just sub-par. The floor was dirty, then upon showering and grabbing a towel, the fact that they had a towel with so many wholes in it shocked me. I don't expect expensive towels at every hotel, but I definitely didn't expect a towel in this condition. Video of it uploaded.

Standard hotel, without anything worth mentioning besides the rudeness of a staff member,Alejandro , who came swearing and shouting towards me and my son ( if management doesn’t believe it please check cctv) He has no skill nor will to be working with the public as he behaved like a thug, I was with my 9 year old and he was acting like he was in a pub looking for a fight. Staring at me in a threatening way, but I promise this doesn’t end here. He told me there was no manager or anyone above him and I had asked for a complaint form nearly an hour before, but I left fearing that I would get in an altercation because of this yob, who kept staring at me like a lunatic and if he had stepped towards my son there would have been a massive problem . I promise this hasn’t ended here, I also have a YouTube channel all about travelling and hotels, so Alejandro you have just put yourself out there as a bully that talks to people without respect or empathy, and tries to intimidate you with body language. My room was located next To the lift which is extremely noisy and my son didn’t get to sleep till gone 3 , the night worker also doesn’t have great people skills but is much more person than Alejandro, as he thought about what I said to him and he apologised. I go to at least 3 hotels a week and have never encountered anything like this. I was given two free breakfasts when I complained about the lift, and this Alejandro person has the cheek to tell me that I was warned about it , so if I had been warned about it, why would I get 2 free breakfasts at 4 am when I phoned asking for a change of room?? My solicitor will be contacting you regarding the complaint form stalling, as I had a child shaken up by Alejandro the front desk boy, my dog wondering around, and Alejandro shouting that I had left some dog food on the floor…when I paid extra for the dog so they must be used to this…unbelievable behaviour !!! and one that caused distress and alarm to me and my son, therefore there was only so much stalling I was willing to accept, and when told they don’t have a manager that I can talk to I found it all too surreal and decided it wiser to get out asap. I will try to have my solicitor acquire the cctv and hopefully publish it on my channel on YouTube. UPDATE 16 October. I have received a call from a manager of the hotel, and a very professional person has collected my version of events and he will speak with the person involved, I will keep you posted as to...

The hotel is pretty good if you are only there to sleep, as there really aren't any amenities worth staying there for. I found that the air conditioner in the rooms leaves a lot to desire. I tried fiddling with it and could not really get it to work like I like it. For a business traveler the WiFi is not really that great especially during the day, and where your room is might make a difference. It is slow to upload anything, and there isn't a business center. In the cafeteria area there are lots of wall plugs so that you can use your computers there after breakfast is over. The area where the hotel is, is mostly working class residential, so there isn't much to see. There aren't really any good restaurants with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and the hotel does not have a restaurant, they do have vending Machines, and a free coffee machine available 24/7. ||Be aware that the most touristy areas are about 10 to 25 minutes away by cab/Uber. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good, typical Spanish breakfast you find in most hotels of this range in Spain. The only thing I though was great is that they had a fresh orange juice machine, although the juice comes out at room temperature, those of us that come from the USA might have to add some ice. By the way, when you go to a any restaurant make sure you specify that you want cold water because if not you will get water at room temperature.||Overall if you are looking for a cheap clean hotel in an AMAZING city, you might want to check this hotel out. This is great if you are the type who gets up early, eats breakfast and goes out to explore. There is no gym, bar, restaurant, pool, or lounge in this hotel. The hotel lacks a business center as well.| If you are looking for any of the amenities I mentioned then look elsewhere, there are many great choices in this beautiful city, otherwise enjoy your stay and enjoy qll that this city has to offer.||Safe...

Great food. Horrible hotel. If I was rating purely the food or the staff in The Terrace restaurant within the hotel then it scores and easy 4 stars. Affordable yet lovely food served by friendly waitresses and waiters. However the hotel is a living hell. It caters to the Hen, Stag, 20, 30, 40th birthdays mainly for British people. The British abroad are an embarrassment and as such standards within the hotel don't need to be that high. This means the rooms, though clean, have an antiseptic smell where the rooms have been hosed down to remove the stench of partying. An the partying goes on to the wee small hours. The bar kicks out music til after midnight then the rooms explode into a cacophony of drunkenness which continues till the morning where it all begins again. Just some examples; at 5am the door slamming began, at 8.30pm a trouser-less drunk staggered round the second floor shouting and swearing and scaring the families who had the misfortune to book the hotel. Meanwhile downstairs the fights were breaking out to the bemusement of the multitudes of staff whose only role is to stand around chatting with each other and accepting their fate to serve drunks. This means their dispassion continues when they are approached by anyone. I was there for work and regularly stay in hotels and have done since 2007. This was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in redeemed by a good meal at the end of...
