I have seen them building the hostel the first time i walked the camino and saw how it got finished last year in 2023. It's super new, fresh and the owners are super involved. Apart from it being new and fresh, this also means there is almost 0 chance for bedbugs since the place is super well constructed and they keep it über clean. The view is amazing and there are some small drinks/food you can buy in the hotel/albergue.
