We decided to stay in the Hotel Adarve as we have never stayed there before.||This charming hotel has been lovingly restored by its current young owner Juan..||His eye for detail has resulted in a delightfully pretty and modern hotel but still retaining its character in this historic city.||The rooms are restful , romantic and super immaculate ...The owner has also restored the adjoining bar which has a lovely terrace for breakfast or a couple of evening drinks ..The terrace garden has the scent of rosemary and a warm ambience which we enjoyed very much .||Give yourself a treat and book into this charming, value for money boutique hotel , and enjoy all that the lovely town of Zafra has to offer..You won't be disappointed. Only a two star rating but deserving of a five star in...

The food is traditional "venta" food, very good at very reasonable prices. The breakfast (included in the room price) is waiter served with lots of choices, far better than the usual buffet style hotel breakfasts. I had tostada con tomate y queso, really good. Finally, the service was fantastic, everyone was friendly and helpful. Would...
