KINGS BAY Beach Resort — Hotel in Galle

Sadly, I write this on my last day of my 2 nights here. If you need luxury, convenience, and relaxation, then this is the place to be.

The sound of the waves crashing has been the soundtrack of my stay. The gentle lullaby of the waves has completely removed all my stress from the teaching profession. The sight of the beach and waves from the floor to ceiling window has been magical. The balcony to sit and ponder. I would definitely come back to stay here again. Special mention to Mr Fiyas, who has been so helpful to my needs, answering all my messages on booking.com chat. Everyone has been so attentive, and they even set up an iron board and iron for my 2 nights stay. We arrived at the hotel a few hours before our check-in time, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and even gave us a room with the best view! From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

The hotel is located in a very safe area and is right in the center of all the places we had planned to visit, which saved us a lot on transportation. Our room was spotless, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations in every way!

The breakfast was so filling that we even had to cancel our lunch plans because we were too stuffed. Everything about our stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Galle. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on...

We have had a fabulous stay at Kings Bay Beach Resort, and I found myself wondering if I had landed in surfer’s paradise!

The hotel is fresh and clean, operated by the kindest and friendliest staff! The rooms have breathtaking views, meals, snacks and drinks are delicious and always served with a smile! Plus the location sits right beside Dewata beach and Galle centre is just a short Tuk Tuk ride away!

Whether you are looking to simply chill by the sea, jump in and get your surf on, visit the breathtaking Japanese Peace Pagoda, or simply wander around Galle (we even attended a cricket match between the local schools!) you can easily do as much or as little as you choose from this location.
