The room we were first given was extremely dirty – hair all over the floor, thick dust everywhere (on the floor, in the closet, on the shelves). There was a dried red liquid spilled on the floor, the towels were dirty and used, and the bedsheets had stains and even holes.
We asked for the room to be cleaned – a young staff member did come to clean, but it was done poorly. In the end, we had to ask for a vacuum cleaner and clean the room ourselves just to make it somewhat livable.
There is absolutely no attention to hygiene here. The bathroom had mold, and the shower glass was completely stained. The air conditioning unit was old and covered in thick dust, making it hard to breathe – definitely not suitable for anyone with asthma or respiratory sensitivities.
Even after we were offered a different room, it was in the same terrible condition. The staff were polite, but the issues are clearly systemic – basic hygiene standards are not being followed.
We strongly recommend choosing different accommodation – staying here...

The internet had some issues everyday, but the problem was being solved after I was texting...
