My friend and I stayed at Randolin's Oct 01-04 2024.| My friend lis born and raised in Switzerland and booked the hotel for us. I was visiting from Toronto Canada.|We stayed in the house that had the wellness spa. Our room was on the 2nd floor looking towards the Restaurant. We were welcomed with a friendly smile and when we went to our room it was spotless. Looks like it is either a new building or recently renovated. |We used the spa each day after our travels. Everything was perfect. Very clean ( Switzerland is clean anyways).|The breakfast buffet is fantastic! A wide variety of cold meats, cheese, wonderful fresh breads, a variety of home made jam's, eggs, bacon, fruits, yoghurt tea's and a variety of coffee's. You couldn't ask for more.|The dinner menu also had a nice variety. |There is really nothing to say other than our stay was fabulous.|I recommend staying at the Randolins Resort.||If there was anything negative to say it is that we found the shuttle bus hours were too short. They stop running at 10 a.m. It is only a short 15 minute walk down to the bus station however the shuttle would...

After that the hotel will call a taxi for you for 50 Francs (for a 6 minute drive!!). Why bother a shuttle bus at all with such bad service?
Otherwise room was fine, breakfast was fine, staff were not friendly but that is normal here. Not a bad hotel but overpriced for what you get.
Edit: Contrary to their feedback to my review, I did discuss this issue about the shuttle several times with them during my stay. But that attitude in their reply is exactly what I was describing: cold and not...
Read moreBeautiful nature, really breathtaking. The rooms are very clean, spacious, fairy equipped, and the breakfast is quite good. The service itself looked a bit too busy so there was not too much of hospitality courtesy, but we had all we need. If you are coming with small kids, maybe you will need a car to reach the center, even there is bus next to the hotel and they will provide tickets free of charge for all St Moritz public transportation, but you will need to be careful about bus schedule. Also there is spa area, and amazing old observatory transformed into hotel room, too ( we find out too late...
