This hotel is located in the western suburbs of Zurich, in a quiet residential area. Quiet that is during the night. In daytime, there are three busy construction sites around the hotel with one at the time of this writing being in the process of demolition. To be fair, in the cold season with the window closed it was hardly a problem. The floor-to-ceiling window takes up one whole wall of the room opening on a large terrace (my room was on the top floor). Should be great for enjoying balmy Zurich midsummer nights but hardly an asset in late fall (except for smokers). The glass door opening onto the terrace is big, does not tip and is not suited for room airing. I found the bed to be on a poor side, narrow and with a mattress that kept sliding off its box base. The pillow, on the other hand, was as good at gets, definitely an asset. The bedside light was not suited for reading in bed. Thumbs up for a secure internet. Shower room was basically fine but the shower cubicle a bit tight in the waist for me and the washbasin had an XS size. The wardrobe is awkwardly divided in such a way that the longer section turned out too short for hanging up an overcoat. A small worktable is set in a niche with the user blocking both daylight and the light from the ceiling lamp. There is no source of light in the niche proper. As this is an apartment hotel, there is a kitchenette with a small fridge, two hot plates and a microwave. For the use of cutlery, plates and pots there is a daily charge that adds up to about 25% of the room rate. The rate I got was all right, but just about, so no home-cooked spaghetti for me. The microwave though proved to be just great for heating ready meals obtained from the supermarket down the road. All in all, seems like...

Then there was not functional tv even at football World Cup 2018 . I called to the reception and the lady from reception said she is coming to check but she didn’t come . I called next day morning , one guy picked up the telephone and I told him the problem with television . He was polite in words and assured me to make the television but at evening when I came back television was in same condition. No body came !! I called at evening again to reception . There was very unfriendly person on the telephone and he just hit the telephone on phone and disconnected the line . I missed the football game. This is not fair with the price they have taken . Other problems : internet very slow and does not work in the kitchen area They should write an instruction in every room how to use their TV and the outsource HMDI . they should put at least tea , salt sugar and tea spone in the kitchen. It does not cost much but it is a good impression for...

The Bed: The double bed is small (160cm wide) and is offered with a single bed blanket. The bed is very soft and you can feel the springs of the bed The mattress (sheet) was full of dirty stains and hair!!!!
Furniture: There is one chair in the 'apartment' that is completely worn out. There are several holes in the seat cover. Dangerous lamp. The plug of the lamp on the bedside table is broken. The cables hang loose in the socket
'Apartment': It is advertised as an apartment. There is a microwave and an induction hob. There is nothing else available at all!! No cutlery, no plates, no glasses, no cleaning supplies, nothing at all! Cooking utensils can be rented for CHF 20 per day! SHOCKING! There is no coffee machine or kettle.
