Nikos Griechische Taverne — Restaurant in Zurich

I visited this place at a Friday night after it was recommended by a friend. The atmosphere is really nice with a distinctive All Greek design. I was lucky enough to enjoy some live music with the very talented one man band. The food was tasty but there is some room for improvement. I recommend you to try the saganaki and the pita gyros which was pretty big and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices were ok for Zurich and for the hole live music experience. I will visit again and I can recommend...

I went there because someone told me it was good, well no, it wasn't at all! First the ambiente: The restaurant was totally empty and this should have been a red flag. In a district where there are no other restaurants around, it should have been lively. No surprise: The meal was really all bad. Much too greasy and too salty, not tasty at all, dry, nothing fresh... and much too expensive for all that! The service: shuffling.There is absolutely no love in there....

The most awfull food I have eaten in Zrich so far. We have ordered 9 dishes (4 different) including Gyros for our lunch in the office. They were late for 30 minutes and what they brough was some dry dry chicken with some dry fries, no souce no salad. Same applies to other dishes we have ordered today. And we paid like 30 frank per dish. Never order...
