The first room was a double bed next to the outdoor common balcony. Very loud! Seemed dark in this room. |The second room was a single bed on the backside of building. Much quieter. Unfortunately, the time I stayed was spring break and a major holiday so on average I paid $100 a night for at least 5 days. I planned on diving and got sick after the first day there. I loved the location. Right in the heart of a busy street. Easy walk to nearby beach 5min and 10 min walk to Ceasars hotel beach. |This hotel didn't provide brekkie which was disappointing for the price I paid. Other hotels thoughout my time provided brekkie. They did offer free coffee, water and snacks. Snacks are like 7-11 crap I wouldn't eat period but it was something. |The room was small, nothing fancy. The lighting seems cool but the bathroom was tiny and their seemed to,be a lot of ants. |Lots of issues with English and staff. All employees answered my questions or they tried very hard to answer them! On several, occasions, the staff would use the computer to try and communicate with me.. they all tried so,hard to answer all my questions! Also, they assisted me with phone calls many times. |I'm sure I was annoying but they were all...
Read moreA friend booked this accommodation for 3 of us. Checking in was professionally done, we were whisked to our rooms, while our luggages took an elevator trip to the 3rd floor. This was in contrast to another accommodation where we had to heave our bags up 3 floors. |The room was clean, bright and had ample bath towels and face towels. Toilet was well equipped and reminded me of japanese style toilets with pleasantly scented shampoos and body soap. |On the second floor is a common area where soft drinks are provided free of charge, including instant noodles (yes free!). There is also a hot and cold water dispenser there, complete with tea/coffee making facilities. ||We were also impressed with the daily cleaning conducted by staff. All cleans were sanitised and thoroughly cleaned... and the smell of a very clean hospital room lingers for a while. 👍||The staff are friendly and very helpful. Location wise, this is the best. Just wait for nightfall; and the street stalls are just at the door step. Highly...
Read moreWe travelled all around Taiwan and we found this hotel by far the best value for money. A very nice place with excellent staff even when communication wasn't always easy in English. They put a lot of afford in to make us feel comfortable, there are many little extras like a free mini bar, swan shaped towels on the very comfy bed etc. The only small negative was the shower that would need a bit more cleaning. There is no breakfast provided in this hotel but they offer free tea and coffee, also coke and other soda drinks, cookies and even pot noodles for you 24/7. Shops and restaurants are straight outside the door, the location is really perfect. Even though the hotel is right in the middle of the town it was not noisy and we could sleep really well. Another bonus was the free laundry service that is offered (they do it all for you by 8pm the next day). We really loved this place and can recommend it...
