Two of us had the set dinner for 2 and added some grilled oysters. The shrimp were delicious, plump and grilled just right and with lots of roe. The fish, also grilled, was done very well. Vegetables were fine as was the clam soup. The oysters could have been done a bit longer, but I think, after having them elsewhere in Kenting, is that is the way they are done here. You have your choice of how the ingredients are cooked, so it's not just a grill place. The spice level is on the high side. We had the vegetables at medium spice level and it was closer to high, we think. And we eat some very spicy food. Everything other than the food arriving is self serve. This restaurant is very huge and is very noticeable from very far away. Get variety of seafoods and skewers. They make packages of food from 2-3 people to groups, that comes with free shrimps and oysters. The seafoods are very fresh and delicious. Rice and water is free and is self-service. Their live shrimp is so delicious. I will definitely come again next time when I revisit Kending.
