I love sashimi and have ordered it in the US, Japan and Taiwan and it’s not supposed to taste like this. Even things like miso soup and the edamame were not executed well. The soup was sweet, edamame were not well seasoned. The hamachi kama was nicely fried but also fishy tasting. In a seaside town the seafood should be extra fresh. I would go elsewhere if I were you.
