迴藝行旅MUNA-花蓮民宿 — Hotel in Hualien City

The check-in was quite a nightmare, the receptionist did not speak a word in English and tried to explain access to the property and the room via chosen pincodes (a complicated system at least when explained in Chinese only!). We then somehow worked it out with her via Google Translate but for future guests it would be very helpful if the management would prepare some very basic written information in English and not just send infos in emails that you can only read once you are already in the room when you have wifi. Another negative is that there was no shower curtain and everything got very wet. ||||The room itself was fine and very clean and with much more than just hostel character and service - rooms were made up with fresh linen, towels, drinking water and toiletries daily. We also loved the coffee machine downstairs, there are also basic cooking facilities there but we did not use them. The bed was comfy but not very strong, the slatted frame broke when one of us sat at the edge of the bed. The bed was then not useable anymore but the problem was sorted out very quickly and we were given another room. The man at the reception was very apologetic and he actually spoke a bit of English. The hostel is not far to walk from the train station (about 5 min) but it's quite a long way to the town center and the seafront, but the hostel provides free bikes which we found great. We can recommend this hostel for a base to go to lovely Taroko Gorge - we would stay...

This place is mostly unstaffed. Had a bit of a nightmare on arrival because we had no idea how to get in so make sure you receive a code! Following that, everything was OK.

Breakfast consists of a sweet tea and a mystery patty (vegetarian friendly) + egg sandwich. Simple but effective.

Toiletry dispensers had not been refilled so needed to use our own, room did not get made up during our stay, only one communal fridge on the...

先說我的個人總結...過敏民宿QQ 咱們一個一個慢慢講，先從好的開始說，不要一竿子打翻

［覺得棒的］ 1、地點離前站近，走路可達，方便 2、整體環境裝潢還不錯，大廳開放明亮感 3、房間的裝潢風格也不錯，局部藍色的牆面搭配有設計感的燈具，連同杯子跟快煮壺的顏色都是配過的 4、沒有門禁時間，進出採用門卡（大門）與密碼鎖（房間）方式，安全有保障 5、一樓有飲水機、共用冰箱，微波爐、膠囊咖啡可使用，房間還有附兩個日月潭紅茶包 6、附早餐，會放在一樓的櫃子，依房號放在對應的托盤內，自己再選擇看拿去房間或在大廳吃 7、房間的電視有數位盒，也支援Youtube跟Google助理，可以一定程度的語音操控，方便 8、如果是鋼鐵人或死侍迷應該會喜歡他的大廳 9、這次還有被免費升等的豪華雙人房，讚 10、吹風機的風量十分給力，浴室的熱水出水穩定，水量一樣超給力

［有待加強］ 1、浴室沒有抽風機，加上因為格局不是方正，故沒有乾濕分離，使用淋浴時會弄濕馬桶，也因為如此，如果沒有打開對外窗，可能會讓房間濕氣很重，但對外窗沒有紗窗，在2樓時蚊子會飛進來...花蓮蚊子好大隻QQ。建議睡覺時打開對外窗，浴室門關到只留小縫讓冷氣進去，隔天一早地板就乾囉 2、櫃檯人員非隨時都在，故有時得依賴電話聯絡，不能隨時隨地取得服務，不過這個價位也不能要求太多，畢竟屬於比較自助式的？ 3、大廳的膠囊咖啡喝起來真的不怎麼樣...不過這也不能算是店家的問題啦XD

［重點來了］為什麼我要說是過敏民宿？ 1、剛進房打開冷氣時，就覺得吹出來的風有點不對勁，本想應該過一會就會好 2、第一天半夜被全身過敏癢醒，完全無法睡著，原以為是床單跟被單的問題，隔天一早通知櫃檯，他們也換了床單，並說有可能是床單用的洗潔劑引發過敏？ 3、第二天回房間，開完冷氣後馬上先躺看看更換後的床單，看看是否會過敏，結果沒想到沒多久連鼻子都過敏了... 4、仔細觀察才發現，剛換過的床單與被套上面出現了很多微小的黑色與白色顆粒，由於冷氣在床的正上方，唯一懷疑的就是冷氣吹出來的風不乾淨（第一天晚上過敏即是白色顆粒造成，身上會癢的地方一摸都有） 5、最後只好關掉冷氣，打開窗戶，看能否降低過敏源的影響，雖然沒有冷氣很悶熱，但我也只能在過敏跟悶熱之間二選一，結果第二天晚上還是沒辦法好好入睡...

難得的花蓮三天兩夜放鬆之旅，變成了連續兩晚皆無法好好入睡的情況，真心希望業主能盡快且徹底處理房間空調問題，不然如果遇到會因過敏起併發症的房客...
