Nan Nan — Hotel in Kaohsiung

Pro- good location, room is ok, clean

Cons- Can only check in at 4pm, even hotel allow check in at 2pm or latest at 3pm and have to check out early at 11, if extend 1 hour they charge. No place for u to hang out and wait. Don’t expect service, no service at all, during check in they gave wrong passcode for the door, and during my stay, some other guest also didn’t got the update for the lift passcode so they have no idea how to press the lift to go up to their room. I requested more hanger coz we have 4 pax , they don’t provide, I requested iron, they said don’t have, I requested more coffee capsules, they said can’t provide. And the room not cheap, is not a budget guest house, for basic request they should provide to the guest. Beside the location is ok, the room cleanness is ok, but there is a cockroach on my bed at the tatami room. I will suggest if u wan to pay this price might as well go to stay in a hotel which provide...

옆방의 소리가 고스란히 다 들립니다 위생 상태가 최악이었습니다 욕실 샤워기는 물 때가 가득했고 물 비린내가 심했습니다 화장실 청소는 딱히 안 하는 듯 보였습니다 그리고 화장실 문 아래 부분이 투명해서 씻을 때 스트레스 받으면서 씻었습니다 티슈도 부족해서 결국 개인 여행용 티슈까지 사용했습니다. 체크아웃 할 때까지 중간 청소는 없습니다. 세탁기가 있다고 해서 예약 했는데 세탁기는 없었습니다 (방도 옥상도 전부) 위치는 너무 좋습니다 역에서 별로 걸리지 않는 거리라 위치는 최고입니다 방도 넓어서 가성비는...
