The room (334) is clean and comfortable. There are 2 private tubs in the room, 1 side for cold water and another for the hot spring water. Having been to one hot spring hotel in Yilan, this is really a pleasant surprise and experience. The room and bathroom do not have musty smell from the humidity although there is such smell in the corridor walkway due to the carpeting and guests returning from the public hot spring pools.
The hotel take the trouble to decorate the street beside it's premise that is good for photo shots.
It was a good stay and that we do not mind returning for our next stay.
Air-conditioning works well. Water heater's temperature and pressure are good Service at check-in, public pool and dining are pleasant Breakfast is good enuff. however the bowl for porridge is super small. Wished they offer bigger bowls.

The night was good but in the morning, the discovery of 2 cockroaches broke us :'(. The valiant staff and my brother promptly killed them with bare hand and slippers. Even with their help, this put us back to " will not visit again" list
