Bali Nature Spa — Hotel in Taichung

Luxury bedroom, spa, nice lounge, even a tv in the spa, plus take your own dvd to play and sooth away your tension. I had special dietry need for my food and with advance warning the staff pulled all the strings out to accommodate my special needs. they are also just learning exactly what a western breakfast should be and again they produced everything I asked for. Best bacon butty in Taiwan ! I wanted to brin the bed back with me but hubby said no space ! Oh well will definately be back again soon. Best hotel in the area and I think I have tried most of them over the years. English is spoken but many things e.g. menu has not been translated, hopefully they will do that shortly. It is a long drive to this resort and certain section of the journey can be challenging especially if you come from a right hand drive country.||||The room we had is dirty.. you can see dirt in the corner. Bed is hard so sleep quality after a long drive is lousy. I was in for a shock when I take my shower to find that the shower dispenser is totally empty. ||||Outside the room divided by a partition are 2 hot-spring baths in-room. a shower area and a toilet. ||Shower area - is just a shower curtain that can be drawn partially to cover from the room. ||Toilet - is a small cubicle with a small commode. There is a strong odour also, even this space is in the open air portion.||||Breakfast is simple Taiwanese fare and the decor look more like a mass dinning area...

After trekking the shaoli trail, I decided to go for a private 2 hour bath in one of the hotel. After surveying couple of hot spring hotel, I found Bali Nature to be good for value as they are more aesthetic pleasing and professional looking.

I am disappointed by the quality of the water because the water contains some algae. The mineral water claimed by the helper to be tasteless and without smell, which made ground that I am being conned. My complaint for the algae was met with apathy and ignorance. I feel despite all the good image this hotel does not deserve the money for the hotspring.

My advice do not be lured by the aesthetics, find more affordable for longer time in...
