1302海景度假民宿 — Hotel in Xiaoliuqiu

Resort/homestay with the best view on the island. (I really tried to find another one with views like this but weren’t able to find any)

Room decor is cost and tastefully done, wooden floor. Room is pretty big.

Shower head has strong pressure, aircon is powerful. Also pretty near to bike shop Jgogo. And decent distance from the ferry terminal.

And it was sold out pretty early on hotel booking apps. I tried to reserve through their website, it says I need a Taiwanese id to pay. Deposit.

I tried my luck and contacted the resort through line and they were so kind to reserve a room for me without making any deposit. (Note that they are always sold out so if I didn’t appear, they would have lost a decent amount of money, as it was a weekend and they reserved a bigger room for me because all 2-person rooms...

Friendly staff and very helpful. However, you will find a way to communicate with English/Chinese or body language mix. Don’t worry, you will get all you need and want. Super helpful staff!!!

They also provide free tours to get the best out of your time here on this little island. If you want to run around the island. It’s a 12km up/down slope run. Recommend during the early morning or late afternoon time. Do t run when it’s dark, as half of the not so populated areas aren’t covered with street lights.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. You have a nice view from the rooms as it’s easy to access by the street.

It was our first time to visit Liuqiu. The host picked us up at a local temple which takes 3 minutes walking distance from the pier. Since we ordered motorbikes through the host, a staff from rental shop drove us to the shop directly for registration.
