I visited my friend, residing in an Apartment in Diar Dushanbe, in September2018. It’s located in centre of the city on the bank of a lake on backside of Hsyatt Regency and Kohi Nauruz. The front lawn of Diar Dushanbe is beautiful and very spacious entrance lobby. There are two elevators with wide corridors. The apartments are decent and good for short families. May not be suitable for large families. Nicely furnished. Rent is In higher range as.compared to other similar apartments at...
