We stayed here twice .. going and coming back on our journey. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone .. we got there at 7pm the owner already knew we were going to arrive that evening.. once we freshened up dinner was not ready he came to ask what we would like to eat we asked for fish and chips and he served us boiled fish with steamed rice and veggies. The owner had turned off the wifi said it was not working..he didn’t put the switch on for the hot water when we all had shower with cold water we mentioned this he said he forgot to put the switch on.. in the rooms he had taken out the bulb from the lamp so only 1 single lamp was working.. for the tea he didn’t put milk sachets and he had closed the kitchen and gone to his quarter at the back so had to drink black tea. In the morning we put the switch on for hot water and he would come and turn it off so again we had to have showers with cold water when we mentioned this he said he closed it by mistake. For breakfast we didn’t get what we asked for. There was a tv in the front seating area since there was no wifi we asked if the tv was working he said yes we said we wanted to watch it he said he has to find the remote and he never came with the remote. He over charged us for the pop and mineral water. This place is run by the owner he cuts corners to save money he has no helpers except for 1 kitchen staff so everything is very slow. The location is very bad it’s in a very run down area.. worst place I have ever stayed at on all...

Place is very clean and located in calm and silent area so that you can relax during your stay. We would definitely recommend this warm, cosy lodge during your stay in Arusha because you will definitely feel like at home. Thank you...

The manager, Andrew, was always ready with trusted information and answers to our questions and was helpful with airport and local transportation options, restaurant suggestions,...
