Butterfly Hotel — Hotel in Dar es-Salaam

Room a good and clean but the staffs are terible the customer service is bad the reception who was here on 14th dec at night she is worse(very bad receptive behavior)honestly speaking i was disapointed kindly try eligning your staffs teach them good customer service especially the teceptionists.thanks...i woke up this morning and the room licks i dont know where this water came from but it was not good and the air condition was making alot...

The worst reception ever....my sister's, mum and my room got cancelled at night my first time in Tanzania yet I had paid and checked in and filled up the forms. Imagine getting a refund at night with a sorry there's was a miscommunication between receptionist🙄. A non trustworthy facility I say... thank God for nearby hotels that came to our rescue. I wouldn't recommend to foreigners who wouldn't know...
