**Our Unforgettable Stay at Infinity Beach Boutique Hotel & SPA, Zanzibar** My wife and I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at the newly opened Infinity Beach Boutique Hotel & SPA in Zanzibar, and it turned out to be the perfect escape we were looking for. **A Tranquil Retreat:** From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. Next to a white sandy beach, the hotel felt like a private paradise. The entire property is covered in soft, white sand, which gives it a unique and seamless connection with the beach. The pool area was the perfect place to relax, read a book, enjoy a cocktail or just soak in the beauty of the surroundings. **Our Room:** We were absolutely delighted with our room. It was tastefully decorated with brand-new furniture, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the ocean and the pool area each morning was a real treat. The attention to detail in the room’s design made it feel both luxurious and welcoming, a place where we could truly unwind. **Dining Experiences:** We enjoyed many meals at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was consistently delicious. The à la carte menu offered a good variety of options, and we looked forward to each meal. However, we did experience some delays in service, and there were a couple of times when parts of our order were missed. For example, we once had to wait for a sauce to accompany our fish dish, and an extra side didn’t arrive. Despite these small hiccups, the overall dining experience was pleasant, and the quality of the food made up for the occasional slip in service. **Relaxation at the Spa:** One of the highlights of our stay was the time we spent at the spa. My wife and I both tried several different massages, and each one was wonderful. The therapists were skilled and attentive, making sure we left each session feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. **Exceptional Service:** A special mention has to go to Tomek, the manager and owner of the hotel. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome and took care of all the details of our stay. He helped us organize several excursions around the island, including visits to Stone Town, a spice farm, and snorkelling trips. Each experience was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. Tomek’s personal touch and dedication to making sure everything ran smoothly added so much to our stay. **Exploring the Area:** While the hotel was a haven of tranquility, we also enjoyed exploring the local area. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance along the beach, and we made a point to try a few of them. It was nice to have different dining options nearby, and we loved the variety of places to eat and drink. It made our week feel even more dynamic and enjoyable. **Final Thoughts:** Our week at Infinity Beach Boutique Hotel & SPA was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was the perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and quality time together. While the restaurant service had a few minor issues, they were easily overshadowed by the hotel’s stunning location, comfortable rooms, excellent spa, and Tomek’s outstanding hospitality. We left feeling rejuvenated and with wonderful memories that we’ll cherish for a long time. We’re already dreaming of our next visit to this beautiful corner of Zanzibar.

This hotel was an absolute gem. Brand new, personal touches everywhere, extremely clean, with amazing food and very flexible owners. Airport shuttles made things very easy, there were options to celebrate our special occasion, and when we needed a late checkout due to a 9pm flight the owner was extremely flexible and kind, letting us use our room and facilities until we had to leave (luckily no one had our room booked right after us). Location was on a nice stretch of beach, right beside the PADI One Ocean dive centre, so I was able to complete my PADI course and dive with nearby instructors very easily. The diving nearby is exceptional and we saw a lot of great things. We felt very safe in the area. And I can’t stress enough how great the food was… the chef is very very talented. We were blown away every meal. Breakfast was included in our rate and had very generous portions, with fruit and bread, coffee and fresh juice before you even get your main order. We were able to order breakfast really at any point during the day, which helped us so much. Our diving started very early and we worked up an appetite, so when we got back to the hotel it was amazing to know they would still serve us breakfast. The pool area was lovely, the pool itself clean and a nice size. Our room was VERY nice, I loved that every room had an ocean view. It’s a very good layout. The showers flood the bathroom area slightly, so you have to be a little careful when showering. They had great shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion for us to use. We loved the big beautiful bed with full mosquito net even though we rarely saw a mosquito. The local on-site kitty is very precious. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the fact that the owner was so accommodating and made the whole experience really easy was just the best. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel is brand new which is a huge bonus in comparison with the hotels in the same area. The room is spacious with AC and everything you may need. We had a premium room overlooking the beach (they all look at the beach and the swimming pool but ours was the closest to it). We spent a lot of time in the terrace enjoying the views. In general, it is a really nice hotel to enjoy your vacations. It is a super quiet and a relaxing place. There are some restaurants nearby (2 mins walking). We’ve visited a couple but finally preferred to eat at the hotel restaurant. I suggest ordering local dishes. Drinks can be offered in the bar, at the swimming-pool or directly to your room or terrace. The hotel is super flexible about the everything so you can adjust your stay to your needs. We needed some activity so we arranged a couple of excursions. The hotel can do it for you or they can provide you with a car with a driver who takes you where you need and waits for you as long as you need. The driver was super correct and always on time. The owners are constantly on site taking care of the hotel and having conversations with guest, which is really cool. We also had massage in the spa and it was awesome. You have different options of massages to choose from. There are tides, but even at low tides we managed to swim. We liked this beach better than the one at a 5* hotel we were before (6 kms away). The water was cleaner. Our overall experience: we enjoyed staying at this hotel. I would recommend it and we would stay there again with pleasure.

We have recently returned from a weeks beach holiday in Zanzibar where we stayed at the newly opened Infinity Beach Boutique hotel. And what a pleasure it was. This brand new privately developed and owner- operated hotel is full of charm. It is right on the beach and all rooms have a beach view, and some, the end ones, are simply stunning…large sliding doors opening onto a private verandah, breath taking views, and with a constant breeze. We had the room called “Ocean”, the best in our opinion! The large central pool is a sparkling feature outside almost every room. The owners Tomek and Malgo from Poland, have taken a gamble in opening their dream boutique hotel in Zanzibar rather than Spain, and I think it’s going to be a winner. It’s clear from the level of service from the cheerful staff that there is a happy working environment. It is very good value for money and I am sure that as the word spreads it will be hard to get a booking. The rooms were furnished by Malgo with unusual custom designs in hardwood timber recovered from abandoned dhows. Pleasing to the eye and the environment. Everything is new and works perfectly, from coffee machine to air-conditioning and with comfortable beds. The dining and receptions areas are large, light and comfortable, furnished in the same Malgo style! Tomek was a very personable host and Sultan, the Omani trained chef produced unusual and tasty dishes. The warm crystal-clear azure waters provided perfect snorkelling near Nembwe island, only a 15 minute boat ride away, very convenient. We have been on many Mauritius and Mozambican coral beaches and this stretch of beach is amongst the very best. The Matemwe area offers less populated beaches than some of the other more crowded areas. In summary, the pros…a new perfectly sited, small and personal hotel, owner-operated by a meticulous and charming couple. The cons…the weather was steamy, the beach vendors can be tiresome, and some of the food we found expensive. Choose a good time to go, and ignore the vendors and they eventually lose interest. We had a relaxed and happy holiday with hosts Tomek and Malgo and spent many hours forming a new friendship. We will...
