Very Disappointing Stay – Avoid Kudos Beach Apartments!

Although the apartment itself is beautiful and the location is fantastic, my experience at Kudos Beach Apartments was utterly ruined by poor management, appalling customer service, and numerous operational issues.

First off, there was no water for most of the day, which made basic things like showering and even flushing the toilet impossible. On top of that, there was no electricity for extended periods, and the air conditioning units were faulty, making it incredibly uncomfortable to stay in the heat. To make matters worse, during blackouts, the generator was so loud it kept us up all night.

But perhaps the most frustrating part of our stay was the disastrous check-out process. Missy, who was in charge, was incredibly rude, interrupting our breakfast and demanding we check out two hours before the official check-out time. It was totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

The management here clearly doesn’t care about the comfort or well-being of their guests, and with all the problems we faced, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a relaxing stay to avoid Kudos Beach Apartments. There are plenty of other beautiful places to stay where you’ll get the service and amenities...
