It is impossible to wash in the shower, as there is no wall and the strongest wind blows, you will be very cold. very weak water pressure, there is no hot water in the sink micro towels, how to wipe with them is unclear the hotel is on the outskirts, there is nowhere to go, and in the hotel restaurant there is no choice, half of the dishes and drinks are not available, as a result you will choose your meal from 2-3 dishes. the food is not tasty, small portions, expensive, you will not eat enough. bad service, very slow staff, as if they work the first day in life and do not know what to do, the restaurant waiters are slow, you will sit with dirty plates on the table and no one will clean them. you will not sleep well, because at night there will be animals crawling on the roof. very many tourists, passable place, there will be no privacy in the general area of the hotel.

the price tag is above average with poor service and quality it is very dark in the room, in the bathroom, in the room, as from light there are very small and weak bulbs, but even them you most likely will not turn on, because in the evening there will be no electricity)))). hearing in the rooms is excellent, you will hear all the conversations of your neighbors. in one of the rooms your bathtub will be adjacent to a public toilet, because of what there will be a constant noise and smell no hair dryer, before we lived in 2* and 3* hotels in Zanzibar, and even there was a hair dryer. 3 days in the hotel there was no beer, cola, red bull, cocktails and the administration did not solve the problem. when we were leaving, we asked for a transfer at the receptionist and we were given a motorcycle!!! we with 4 bags, suitcases in their opinion should go in two on...

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Das Wasser war am Ende nur der letzte Tropfen – die wirklichen Probleme lagen im Service und in der Sauberkeit: • Wasser: Uns wurde nie gesagt, dass Flaschen extra kosten. Stattdessen wurden sie einfach aufgeschrieben und am Ende abgerechnet – auch das Wasser, das laut Personal beim Frühstück eigentlich inklusive sein sollte. Erst nach Beschwerde haben wir einen kleinen Teil zurückbekommen. Das ist intransparent und unfair. • Housekeeping: Handtücher wurden nie gewechselt, Bettlaken nie ausgetauscht, Badematten nicht gewaschen. Als wir schließlich nach frischen Laken gefragt haben, wurden uns diese einfach in die Hand gedrückt, damit wir sie selbst wechseln. • Hygiene: Das Moskitonetz wurde tagsüber offen gelassen, sodass wir jeden Abend ein Bett voller Ameisen hatten. In einem Hotel in dieser Umgebung wäre es das Mindeste, hier sorgfältiger zu sein. • Warmwasser: Drei Tage lang hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Erst am letzten Tag wurde uns gesagt, es gäbe einen Regler – eine Information, die man von Anfang an hätte erhalten müssen. • Personal: Insgesamt hatten wir nie das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten unmotiviert und nicht hilfsbereit, auch die Managerin zeigte keinerlei Interesse an einer Lösung oder einem Kompromiss.

Wir haben in Sansibar auch andere Unterkünfte besucht, wo Service und Gastfreundschaft wirklich hervorragend waren. Dieses Hotel war leider das komplette Gegenteil. Wir können es...
