This is hands down my favorite restaurant in all of Zanzibar! From the moment you step in, you’re welcomed by an airy, relaxed atmosphere and a breathtaking ocean view that makes every meal even more special.

The food is simply outstanding – the best I’ve had in Zanzibar so far! You must try the fish curry – it's an absolute game-changer (thank me later!). Even the fries were perfection – crispy, golden, and better than I’ve had in a long time.

We went to Star Fish Restaurant in Zanzibar and, upon arrival, we asked if we could pay with Apple Pay (as we had no card or cash). The waitress assured us it was no problem. The service was average, though the view of the sea was beautiful. When it came time to pay, the card terminal didn’t work. The cashier was extremely rude and arrogant. I’m not sure if she spoke English, but she refused to answer us and just stared with a condescending look. I have just left it rn. The place is nice and the food looks good l, anyway the service is the worst I had in the entire island. We have ordered for a plate of pasta for my 2yo and it arrived after 1 hour and the rest of the food arrived after an additional 30 mins. When we complained, the waiter took the bottle of water on our table and beaten it.
