I have been to Thailand several times and this was my first time staying here. I had read the reviews and most people talked about how the gym nearby was the place to train and so the area was full of fighters doing long visits. I thought this might be a neat place to go as my boyfriend loves Muy Thai and UFC and I thought this would be his tribe. |What I found was luxury, authenticity and kindness from the staff and the quietest pool I have ever been to.|We arrived after hours and I was a bit worried however we were greeted by the security gaurd and he was expecting us and showed us to our room. |The room was gorgeous and they had spelled out welcome on the bed and left us flowers. Our room had a kitchen(which we found useful in our stay) and we had a room directly over the pool so the view was amazing!|What I loved|1) The area the hotel is in is a part of Thailand I have never gone and it did not dissapoint. The people were so friendly and all the tourists were polite- They were all there for their health and seemed really focussed on eating well and excercize. I have never seen so many beautiful athletic people in my life all in one place and they were all so friendly and smiled to one another. This area has a lovely island vibe and the local restaurants around here were cheap and delicious. We were close to numerous little corner stores and could always go grab something if thirsty or peckish.|2) The pool is even better looking than in the pictures and as this is not a family place it was so peaceful and quiet- just alot of good looking people tanning by the pool and a wonderful pool to swim in that was just the right temperature every day. |3) The kindness of the staff! We asked for help quite a few times as we booked an elephant sanctuary tour and they helped us arrange it and contacted a GRAB for us as I could not get my grab to work. The amount of service here was such a contrast to the next hotel we stayed in looking back I wish we had stayed the entire time here. They also let us keep our items in the office after check out so we could sit by the pool, swim and explore the area till it was time for us to leave. ||Warning- do not open your patio doors at night- My boyfriend nearly died as he left the doors open and a large grasshopper got in and he was freaking out and we had to remove the visitor from the room. |I 100% will stay here again and I reccomend you all check...

I would give zero star ! I booked through Agoda, which clearly stated a check-out time of 2:00 PM, yet I was harassed by staff multiple times before then.
At 12:18 PM, Staff A knocked on my door, asking me to check out. I explained that my baby was napping, my husband was out, and we would leave by 1:00 PM.
At 1:03 PM, Staff B knocked again, this time in a rude manner, asking when we would leave. I told her no later than 1:30 PM.
At 1:08 PM, a staff member entered my room without knocking! She insisted on checking the room, and I had to chase her out. A few minutes later, an older staff member and Staff A did the same thing again—forcing their way into the room without knocking. This is completely unacceptable, especially when I was alone with a baby.
To make matters worse, they tried to charge me for late check-out when my booking clearly stated check-out at 2:00 PM. Even after I agreed to the charge, they came back one minute later to harass me again!
Beyond the terrible service, the room was in poor condition: ❌ Water heater was broken – The water was either boiling hot or freezing cold, so I had to sponge bathe my baby instead. ❌ Toilet had a terrible smell – Very unpleasant. ❌ Air conditioning was not working properly in the morning – The room was warm, and my baby was sweating while napping.
This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I demand a response from the boss and a clear explanation of what will be done to address...
Read moreI thoroughly enjoyed another 2 months at Signature Resort in Feb/Mar 2016! Ann and her staff are EXCELLENT and definitely go out of their way to make sure your trip is the best it can be. If you are travelling to Phuket for Muay Thai training (Tiger, Dragon, Top Team and Chokchai all within a 5 min walk) or just fitness in general (Titan and Unit 27 within a 5 min walk), Signature Resort is by far the nicest on the Soi Ta-Eiad street.
The pool is incredible and always clean. The rooms are large, with excellent air conditioning and very clean. The resort itself is kept in immaculate shape as they have both an onsite engineer and grounds-keeper as well as on-site laundry (50 baht/kg) and 3 or 4 full time cleaning staff. Almost always a minimum of 2 girls at the front desk as well and they are always so sweet and helpful! My air conditioning unit broke down one afternoon (an electronic part, no fault of theirs) and they had the faulty part replaced within a hour!
I've been to Phuket twice now and stayed at Signature both times and honestly I would not stay anywhere else. I spent some time checking out other hotels on this trip and they simply just do not compare. Signature is a bit more expensive than some, but the value for your money ($30-$35/day depending on length of stay) is excellent.
Thank you Ann and everyone at Signature and I look forward to seeing you all...
