The Remedy — Restaurant in Chalong

Recommended by the barista from The Street so you know it’s a proper cafe here. I would go to say that it’s arguably the best coffee I’ve had in Thailand period! The Remedy have nice selection of imported beans including The Remedy Blend which I highly recommended (Ethiopia and Guatemala). However good it was, the Onna blends recommended by the owner is what made me pronounce this as the best in the country (having been to literally over 100 cafe in Thailand).

It has this raspberry note with the undertone of chocolate. Just 🤩 amazing. Just writing about it gives me the craving.

It’s located in a nice little converted house so it’s cool for light working and chilling also. The owner is very knowledgeable so feel free to chat up for recommendation. I even took one bottled back to hotel cuz I can’t find cafe that offer this level coffee...

When you drink their coffee, it's totally smooth and the notes play like music. I have been there only once, and I will be coming back because I'm completely drawn into their love for the craft.

Specialty coffee. They have some of the highest rated beans in the world. One of those is the luxury Panama Geisha, which has sold for over $1000 USD per pound. These guys are serious about the craft.

They also use the Roest S100, which is THE cutting edge micro-roaster from Norway. This technology and knowledge is very difficult to get. This is a level of artisan that all coffee lovers will appreciate once you taste it.
