Camping describes a range of activities and approaches to outdoor accommodation. Survivalist campers set off with as little as possible to get by, whereas recreational vehicle travelers arrive equipped with their own electricity, heat, and patio furniture. Camping may be combined with hiking, as in backpacking, and is often enjoyed in conjunction with other outdoor activities such as canoeing, climbing, fishing, and hunting. Fastpacking involves both running and camping.

There is no universally held definition of what is and what is not camping. Just as with motels, which serve both recreational and business guests, the same campground may serve recreational campers, migrant workers, and homeless at the same time. Fundamentally, it reflects a combination of intent and the nature of activities involved. A children's summer camp with dining hall meals and bunkhouse accommodations may have "camp" in its name but fails to reflect the spirit and form of "camping" as it is broadly understood. Similarly, a homeless person's lifestyle may involve many common camping activities, such as sleeping out and preparing meals over a fire, but fails to reflect the elective nature and pursuit of spirit rejuvenation that are integral aspect of camping. Likewise, cultures with itinerant lifestyles or lack of permanent dwellings cannot be said to be "camping", it is just their...

very bad hostel. One of the worst if not the worst i have visited. The room was full of cockroaches. A rat came to visit me at night. the bathroom door was not working. one of the roommates was stuck there for half an hour until i could open the door for him from the outside. he was shouting for help, but the staffs ears did not hear his cry. i expected a quiet hosel, but it was very noisy. the room was dirty and the floor was sticky. i have asked to cancel my booking because of the bad conditions. the staff did not want to cancel the booking for me. i asked to talk to the manager. two different staff members claimed to be the manager, but it was ofcourse a lie. one of the staff members was extremely disrespectful and behaved disgracefully. number one priority is not to admit any fault and keep the money at all cost. on the way, blame the customer ofcourse and accuse him and threaten him. i went to another hostel without receiving a refund. it was ofcourse the only reasonable choice. i hope they either make a radical change ( especially with the staff) or go out of...

I stayed at this hostel for three nights. The owner welcomed us with a free breakfast while he explained us about the available tours and he was very talkative. While the cleanliness was passable, with some hair on the floor that could have been easily taken care of with a quick mopping, the main issue was a serious disturbance on one of the nights. An individual, possibly an employee, was screaming and causing a commotion from 3 AM to 4 AM, which was very disruptive. Despite other people trying to intervene, the situation continued for an hour. The next morning, the owner said that he was unaware of the incident because he doesn’t live on the property, which raises concerns about security and responsiveness to emergencies. But from my window I saw the owner coming to the place at night after 40 minutes of the screams… This lack of on-site management is a significant issue that should be addressed for the safety and comfort of future guests. Without this uncomfortable experience the rest of the...

Good accommodation a few kilometers from the center. Rooms clean and comfortable, equipped with the basic facilities. Good breakfast in the morning and the great free bike hire, with which easily reach the historic center and visit the main attractions.

Highly recommend! The staff are lovely and give you everything you need. Good price and not too far from the city centre and the breakfast is nice! Really nice community and family vibe here❤️
