Poor service and speed balanced by menu and price.
The food itself was not bad, offering a decent pork selection on its menu at a very reasonable cost. Good options saved this review, and more could have pushed it higher.
However, the service was beyond poor. After being seared at an empty table, before being askes to leave as it was 'reserved', we solves this problem by pointing at the table laid out, and having a 'reserved' sign on it. They apologised, but a very easy mistake.
We only got 1/3 of the things we ordered, even after ordering again and again. (for example asking for mushrooms 4 times, to finally get one plate at the end of service) Many if or items either never appeared, or appeared late. Several items were finished, which at least they told us.
Other tables constantly were served before ours, even after being sat after us. Not sure if there was a miscommunication in the kitchen, but was annoying to see other people get...

The restaurant is a table barbecue style where you order items from a menu and there is as la carte or three levels of buffet, red silver and gold. At the time I went it was 50 percent off do a gold buffet was 999 baht per person.
The food was excellent and there was a large selection of sushi, sashimi and meats/seafood/ vegetables for the barbecue. Some of the beef was very high grade (wagyu) and really delicious. The sashimi and sushi were also premium quality.
You can use an electronic menu to order dishes. The restaurant does get very busy so delivery of dishes may take a little while in the evenings but this is a place to take your time and savour good...

Each item that we ordered took ages to arrive, and it was as if they were trying to let us have as little to eat as possible before the time ran out. It could not be anymore obvious that they were trying to save costs by taking advantage of the customer. Also, if things weren’t bad enough, the grill had really low heat. It was like I was trying to roast a fattened dairy cow with a bic lighter.
