I stayed here for 5 nights for around 11k BDT. I booked the room in advance from Bangladesh, so I had no idea what was outside this hotel. If you're here for business, it's perfect. But if you're on vacation, it’s not ideal unless you know how to ride a motorbike. The hotel is quite far from popular spots like the Night Road or Sukhumvit Road, where you’ll find lots of restaurants, and the shopping malls aren't very close either. For location, I’d give it 3 stars.
That said, everything else about this hotel is absolutely perfect—so perfect that I can’t even describe it in words. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spotless, and there’s plenty of daylight. I stayed on the 6th floor, and all day long, you’ll hear birds chirping kuhu-kuhu—maybe a kokil (not sure). No traffic noise or other disturbances, making it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Even the staff respect your privacy; they won’t enter your room unless you specifically request cleaning while you're out. I really liked that.
On my first day, I struggled a bit since it was my first time in Thailand. I thought I’d get a motorbike right away, as I can ride one, but that wasn’t the case. My wife and I ended up walking almost 15 km to find a bike rental shop. We were so tired. Google Maps wasn’t accurate when searching for bike rentals near me. Eventually, after walking for what felt like forever, we booked a car through the Grab app to go for dinner near Sukhumvit. After dinner, we finally found a place nearby to rent a bike.
Once I had the bike, everything became super easy. The location was no longer an issue. We explored the entire city and enjoyed our trip so much. I covered over 300 km on that bike, going everywhere from this hotel, including places like Safari World. After getting the bike, my vacation turned amazing.
The location felt odd to me at first, but maybe you’ll find it convenient? It...

The room is big and spacious! The wardrobe itself is also big and they provide us with a lot of hangers (which doesn't really happen elsewhere hehe). But, it's quite old (not in a horror way), but just need a bit improvement (re-paint the wall and change the wallpaper. The AC is very cold! Perfect for the hot weather in BKK. Proper working desk, the table and chair are both proper with good lighting as well, perfect for those who still needs to attend meetings during your stay. WiFi is quite bad, I ended up using my roaming data, not sure if it's because my room was at the end of the corridor, because the office WiFi (downstair) is good. Bathroom is proper, the shower and the toilet area has a glass door to separate the wet vs the dry area. They provide a hair dryer in each room (good touch for a budget guest house). It's located in a small alley, I personally like it since the surroundings are nice and quiet, however, we have a lot of interesting places around the area (salons, coffee shop, food stalls, small resto, dessert cafe, etc), not too touristy!
Overall 9/10, would probably stay here again...
Read more1ST DOWNSIDE OF THIS RENTING PLACE IS THE SEWAGE SMELL. The smell lingers EVERY TIME I GO OUT OF THE BATHROOM. Smells like poop & urine. I really think that the construction pipes of the room we rented were near the sewage pipes or whatever you call it. We were given the 8th floor all the way to the end of the hall. I have to spray my perfume every time that smells lingered into the room. Then the 2ND DOWNSIDE is the tuktuk ride. It was free ride from the facility going in to the train station which was like less than 6mins ride, but they only have 1 tuktuk driver who does the ride free for them, so some days you will be lucky to ride free, majority NOT! Receptionist, kind & helpful with minimal to ok English. In terms of the room, bedroom & bathroom they are all clean. Cleaning service maids do it if you'd like. Beverages in the mini refrigerator, needs to be paid. Laundry service is self service. Machines located outside. They don't have a dryer but they do have a spinner so prepare to hang your clothes inside your room or patio. No microwaves or kitchen. You have to eat outside or bring take away foods & buy paper plates & forks. Many restaurants & close to the open market where you can also eat & buy food. Close to convenient stores like 7-11 & others. Close to the train station. Overall, ok to good. Paid $150 for 5 nights...
