I recently had an amazing experience at a café in Chatuchak, Bangkok. I tried a unique "spinach croissant" and a rich, dark-roasted coffee, which was a delightful combination. The next day, I had a highly recommended Thai milk tea and some delicious coconut cake. The "rocky" cake, with its dark chocolate base, was awesome, and the eclairs were a must-try. I'm not big on sweet treats, but I couldn't resist sampling the pastries and cakes, and I have to say they were the best in terms of both price and quality that I've ever tried, even compared to big names and five-star hotels.
For the coffee lovers out there, just a heads-up: the iced espresso is not what you might expect. It's more like a latte, and when I asked, I was told that's what they call iced espresso in Thailand.
